Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,即异材沼气池。它包括池身,池身为筒状并带有反拱形池底,池身上端盖有池盖。池盖上有进料口、出料口。池身筒内固定安装有沼气罩,沼气罩上带有进料管、出料管和顶部有通罩外的导气管。进料管上端口与池盖上的进料口相通连接。出料管上端口与池盖上的出料口相对应。池体材料为钢筋混凝土结构,结构牢固,使用寿命长。玻璃钢沼气罩固定安装在池体内,即保温又不漏气,克服了东北有的沼气池冬季不能使用或供气不足的弊端。本实用新型保温效果好,产气量大,储气可靠,便于工厂化生产,安装、施工方便。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,即异材沼气池。
背景技术
在已有技术中,沼气池一般都由池身、池身上的进料口、出料口和导气管组成。沼气池常用的是采用砖混整体结构制成,其缺点是混凝土储气室容易漏气,影响使用,再是在东北冬季使用时不保温,易冻坏,寿命低,不得不停用。还有一类沼气池是采用玻璃钢材料制成,其缺点是成本高,刚性差,埋入地下时侧壁受压较大,容易被地下的石子顶漏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种改进的异材沼气池。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:异材沼气池包括池身,池身为筒状并带有反拱形池底,池身上端盖有池盖。池盖上有进料口、出料口。池身筒内固定安装有沼气罩,沼气罩上带有进料管、出料管和顶部有通罩外的导气管。进料管上端口与池盖上的进料口相通连接。出料管上端口与池盖上的出料口相对应。沼气罩优选为玻璃钢材料,池身或池盖优选为钢筋混凝土结构,但不限于此,还可以都是钢板结构、工程塑料结构等等。池身优选为圆筒体。通过改变沼气池不同部位的材质和结构,实现了改进,提高了使用效果。
本实用新型的优点是:1、池身为圆筒体,池底为反拱形,池身、池盖均由钢筋混凝土构成,结构紧凑牢固,抵御外力较强,使用寿命长。2、采用罩体尤其是玻璃钢沼气罩固定安装于池身内,即保温又不漏气,克服了在东北环境温度较低的情况下,沼气池不能产气或产气不足的弊端,便于普及推广使用。3、沼气罩有利于工业化生产,池体有利于标准化、规范化施工。4、进、出料口在池盖范围内布置,便于沼气池内部残渣的清理,并且不用大出料,保证了沼气池连续正常使用。

具体实施方式
参见图1,异材沼气池由池身1、沼气罩2组成。池身1为圆筒体形状,由反拱形圆池底9和其上的池盖3组成,均为钢筋混凝土结构,如厚度为10厘米左右,一般为现场直接施工,也可事先做好。反拱形池底(或称圆凹弧底)的好处是抵御外力较强,便于出料。在池身1的圆筒体内安装有玻璃钢沼气罩2,并加以固定。沼气罩2的结构由圆筒和球面两部分组成,沼气罩2上带有进料管4、出料管5和顶部有通罩外的导气管6。进料管4上端口与池盖3上的进料口7相通连接,即进料管4插入池盖3的进料口7内。出料管5上端口与池盖3上的出料口8相对应。出料管5从池内穿过沼气罩2露出管口。导气管6通过连接的管路送出产生的沼气。
参见图2,池盖3为圆形,对应进料管4、出料管5的池盖3上有进料口7、出料口8。
使用时,本实用新型最好埋放在地下,尤其是放在猪舍的下面。池盖3可作为猪舍地面的一部分,猪舍内的粪便可从进料口7进入,向池身1内加入的清水水位在进、出料管4、5底端口以上,导气管6以下的位置,如图1中的水位线所示。当沼气罩1内的压力达到一定程度时,池身1内的沼液由出料管5上口向外溢出,存于沼气罩2的拱顶与池盖3之间,当沼气罩1内的压力达到最大值时,沼液液面接近池盖3时,沼气罩2内的沼气由进、出料管4、5的底部排向池身1外。本沼气池不用大出料,因为出料管5设在池盖3的圆周内,与沼气池中心距离靠近,出料工容易接近池底中心,便于及时清除沼气池中心的残渣,从而避免了集中一次性大出料,保证了沼气池连续正常使用。

1、一种异材沼气池,包括池身(1),其特征在于池身(1)为筒状并带有反拱形池底(9),池身(1)上端盖有池盖(3);池盖(3)上有进料口(7)、出料口(8);池身(1)筒内固定安装有沼气罩(2),沼气罩(2)上带有进料管(4)、出料管(5)和顶部有通罩外的导气管(6);进料管(4)上端口与池盖(3)上的进料口(7)相通连接;出料管(5)上端口与池盖(3)上的出料口(8)相对应。
2、按照权利要求1所述的异材沼气池,其特征在于所述的沼气罩(2)为玻璃钢材料。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的异材沼气池,其特征在于所述的池身(1)或池盖(3)为钢筋混凝土结构。
