Abstract
本实用新型涉及活塞式恒压沼气池,进出料系统与主池体(5)融为一体,为钢筋混凝土现浇而成,结合由无机玻璃钢材料制作的储气罩(8)。储气罩(8)可以根据主池体内水位的高低和浮罩内气量的多少沿主池体内侧面上下浮动,保证气压恒定并且不会周向转动或倾倒。在保证沼气池可靠性的同时进一步降低成本,能够免密封,可以连续进出料、连续产气,制作工艺简便、效率高,经久耐用,使用方便,适用各种沼气池。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种活塞式恒压沼气池。
背景技术
中国专利03242633.x公开了一种浮罩式塑料沼气池,该专利大部分是塑料制品,它采用圆柱形立置、设发酵池、浮罩和进出料系统,达到了降低占地面积、缩小了池体、增加了池容、浮罩上下浮动达到破壳的目的,由于浮罩自身及配重的压力,沼气池输出的沼气压力稳定。但上述专利有以下不足:一是因为该专利大部分是塑料制品,所以其工业化生产要用到回收塑料颗粒,其成本并不低;二是加热熔化塑料需要消耗燃料,并在加热时产生对人体有害的气体;三是进、出料系统与发酵池的连接处不可靠,容易出现沼液渗漏;四是浮罩为圆桶形,因无周向定位,易产生周向转动,使导气管缠绕;五是不适合露天使用,塑料的老化将明显缩短其使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种成本低廉、性能可靠、使用方便,适合工业化生产的活塞式恒压沼气池
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型包括一个敞口容器形状的主池体和顶部设有导气管、底部敞口的由无机玻璃钢材料制作的储气罩,储气罩罩入沼液内,其特征在于:进出料系统与主池体融为一体,为钢筋混凝土现浇而成,主池体底部带有一段斜面,隔板将主池体分为三个功能空间分别是进料口、发酵间、出料口,其中进料口处于主池体底部斜面的上部,出料口处于主池体底部斜面的下部,发酵间处于主池体底部斜面的中部并且处于储气罩下方,储气罩的横截面外轮廓与发酵间的外形轮廓相吻合,储气罩可以根据主池体内水位的高低和储气罩内气量的多少沿主池体内侧面上下浮动。
储气罩横截面外轮廓最好是设计为多边形,相应地,发酵间的横截面也设计为与储气罩外轮廓相吻合的多边形。工作时储气罩可以根据主池体内水位的高低和储气罩内气量的多少沿主池体内侧面上下浮动而不会周向转动或倾倒。
储气罩顶部放置一带有多个隔板的配重容器,通过在配重容器中增减如土、石等易得重物将储气罩调到平衡位置并将沼气的灶前压力调整到不小于1.6KPa的行业规定并会保持恒定。
所述底部斜面的倾斜角度为10-30度,便于原料自动从进料口移动到发酵间及出料口。
本实用新型提供了无机玻璃钢材料生产储气罩与钢筋混凝土现浇主池体相结合的解决方案,本方案所用的无机玻璃钢材料是一种环保材料且成本低,生产时无需加热,产品在室外使用不会老化;钢筋混凝土现浇的主池体在沼液的浸泡下形成自然养护,使用寿命可达几十年;进出料系统与主池体融为一体,所以不会出现与主池体连接不可靠的情况;储气罩的横截面外轮廓是多边形,当把它装入与之外轮廓相吻合的主池体内时,储气罩就具有了周向定位,它将不会相对于主池体转动,因此本实用新型具有使用造价低、性能可靠、制作工艺简便、效率高、可连续进出料、连续产气的特点,适用各种沼气池。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
主池体5内的隔板将主池体分为三个功能空间分别是进料口9、发酵间7、出料口6,储气罩8是一个底部敞口的容器,其截面外轮廓是多边形且顶部设有导气管3,储气罩8的外形尺寸要保证它能顺利装入主池体5并能沿主池体内侧面自由上下浮动且不周向转动和倾倒,储气罩8的顶部放置一带有多个隔板的配重容器2,进料口9上有可作为便池的两用盖板4,出料口6上有出料口盖板1。

1、一种活塞式恒压沼气池,包括一个敞口容器形状的主池体(5)和顶部设有导气管(3)、底部敞口的由无机玻璃钢材料制作的储气罩(8),储气罩(8)罩入沼液内,其特征在于:进出料系统与主池体(5)融为一体,为钢筋混凝土现浇而成,主池体底部带有一段斜面,隔板将主池体(5)分为三个功能空间分别是进料口(9)、发酵间(7)、出料口(6),其中进料口(9)处于主池体底部斜面的上部,出料口(6)处于主池体底部斜面的下部,发酵间(7)处于主池体底部斜面的中部并且处于储气罩(8)下方,储气罩(8)的横截面外轮廓与发酵间(7)的外形轮廓相吻合,储气罩(8)可以根据主池体内水位的高低和浮罩内气量的多少沿主池体内侧面上下浮动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的活塞式恒压沼气池,其特征在于:储气罩(8)横截面外轮廓为多边形,发酵间(7)的横截面也为与储气罩(8)外轮廓相吻合的多边形。
