本实用新型公开了一种斜锁榫接结构,包括榫接件,其特征在于:榫接件包括设置成至少一个连体状且两端可分别嵌入两连接物体的榫槽中的榫接件I部和榫接件II部,榫接件I部和榫接件II部沿长度方向的同一侧分别设置向相反方向倾斜的斜面,两连接物体也设置有与榫接件I部和榫接件II部适配且斜率相同的榫槽,榫槽的长度比榫接件I部和榫接件II部稍长,所述连接物体通过榫接件I部嵌进榫槽内并使榫接件I部在榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,再把连接物体的榫槽套上榫接件II部,使连接物体向榫接件II部的榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,从而轻松完成拼接,且拼接可靠,又方便装卸。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及家具、建材或五金领域,具体是一种可用于物体和物体之间连接的斜锁榫接结构。
背景技术
家具、建材或五金等领域都有使用连接件,尤其是家具厂,木板之间的连接通常都会使用到榫接件,目前市场上现有的连接件的结构主要为:连接件通常设置为连体的结构,使用时,先在需要拼接的两木板的对接面上设置榫槽,先把连接件的一端打进一块木板的榫槽中,再把另一块木板的榫槽对准连接件的另一端,再用锤子敲打该块,使连接件没进该木板的榫槽,从而完成连接,该结构的连接虽然也牢固,但也存在缺点:需要工具来完成拼装,拼装时间较长,效率较低,难于适应大规模的流水线生产,且两块板连接后,就难于卸下来,即使能卸下来,也会损坏结构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在的问题和不足,提供一种拼接简便、连接牢靠、容易装卸的斜锁榫接件。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种斜锁榫接结构,包括榫接件,榫接件包括设置成至少一个连体状且两端可分别嵌入两连接物体的榫槽中的榫接件I部和榫接件II部,榫接件I部和榫接件II部沿长度方向的同一侧分别设置向相反方向倾斜的斜面,两连接物体也设置有与榫接件I部和榫接件II部适配且斜率相同的榫槽,榫槽的长度比榫接件I部和榫接件II部稍长,所述连接物体通过榫接件I部嵌进榫槽内并使榫接件I部在榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,再把连接物体的榫槽套上榫接件II部,使连接物体向榫接件II部的榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,从而完成拼接。
为使连接更加可靠,采用一些增强连接可靠性的结构,如榫接件I部和榫接件II部的周身分别从端面向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,所述榫接件I部和榫接件II部的横周身设置为齿形面,齿形面的齿顶线和齿根线分别与榫接件I部和榫接件II部的端面平行,两连接物体的榫槽内腔也设置为与齿形面相适配的锣齿形凹槽。
或者,把上述榫接件I部和榫接件II部的周身分别从端面向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,榫接件I部和榫接件II部的横周身设置为光面,两连接物体的榫槽也设置为与光面相适配的锣燕尾凹槽。
根据具体情况,可以选择若干个榫接件设置为一体,两连接物体对接面也设置与榫接件数目相同的多个榫槽。
本实用新型由于采用了如上所述的结构,使用时,先把一个连接物体通过榫接件I部嵌进榫槽内并使榫接件I部在榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,再把另一连接物体的榫槽套上榫接件II部,使连接物体向榫接件II部的榫槽的宽处向窄处挤紧,从而轻松完成拼接,且拼接可靠,又方便装卸。拆开时只要向相反方向用力,就可以使榫接件在榫槽的窄处向宽处移动,当移动到最宽处时,可以把榫接件和物体分开,不会破坏连接的物体,同时物体容易拆开也方便了搬运。

具体实施方式
以下配合本实用新型的图式以及较佳实施例,进一步阐述本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1-12所示,本实用新型为一种斜锁榫接结构,其结构包括榫接件1,榫接件1包括设置成至少一个连体状且两端可分别嵌入两连接物体3、4的榫槽31、41中的榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12,榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12沿长度方向的同一侧分别设置向相反方向倾斜的斜面111、121,两连接物体3、4也设置有与榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12适配且斜率相同的榫槽31、41,榫槽31、41的长度比榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12稍长,所述连接物体3通过榫接件I部11嵌进榫槽31内并使榫接件I部11在榫槽31的宽处向窄处挤紧,再把连接物体4的榫槽41套上榫接件II部12,使连接物体4向榫接件II部12的榫槽41的宽处向窄处挤紧,从而完成拼接。
如图1-3所示,本实用新型一种实施例齿形连接斜榫件的结构示意图,榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12的周身分别从端面向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12的横周身设置为齿形面14,齿形面14的齿顶线141和齿根线142分别与榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12的端面平行,如图4、5所示,两连接物体3、4的榫槽31、41内腔也设置为与齿形面14相适配的锣齿形凹槽。如图6所示,两连接物拼合的结构示意图。
如图7-9所示,本实用新型榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12的周身分别从端面向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,榫接件I部11和榫接件II部12的横周身设置为光面13,如图10、11所示,两连接物体3、4的榫槽31、41也设置为与光面13相适配的锣燕尾凹槽。如图12所示,两连接物拼合的结构示意图。
所述若干个榫接件1设置为一体,两连接物体3、4对接面也设置与榫接件1数目相同的多个榫槽31、41。图13为本实用新型另一种实施例连接板具有多个设置为一体的榫接件1和多个榫槽41的安装轴测示意图;图14所示,本实用新型逆向直角斜榫安装时的俯视结构示意图(安装步骤一);图15为逆向直角斜榫安装时的俯视结构示意图(安装步骤二)。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种斜锁榫接结构,包括榫接件(1),其特征在于:所述榫接件(1)包括设置成至少一个连体状且两端可分别嵌入两连接物体(3、4)的榫槽(31、41)中的榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12),所述榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)沿长度方向的同一侧分别设置向相反方向倾斜的斜面(111、121),所述两连接物体(3、4)也设置有与榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)适配且斜率相同的榫槽(31、41),榫槽(31、41)的长度比榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)稍长,所述连接物体(3)通过榫接件I部(11)嵌进榫槽(31)内并使榫接件I部(11)在榫槽(31)的宽处向窄处挤紧,再把连接物体(4)的榫槽(41)套上榫接件II部(12),使连接物体(4)向榫接件II部(12)的榫槽(41)的宽处向窄处挤紧,从而完成拼接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斜锁榫接结构,其特征在于:所述榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)的周身分别从端面向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,所述榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)的横周身设置为齿形面(14),齿形面(14)的齿顶线(141)和齿根线(142)分别与榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)的端面(112、122)平行,两连接物体(3、4)的榫槽(31、41)内腔也设置为与齿形面(14)相适配的锣齿形凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的斜锁榫接结构,其特征在于:所述榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)的周身分别从端面(112、122)向中间分界处缩小形成一定斜度,榫接件I部(11)和榫接件II部(12)的横周身设置为光面(13),两连接物体(3、4)的榫槽(31、41)也设置为与光面(13)相适配的锣燕尾凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的斜锁榫接结构,其特征在于:所述若干个榫接件(1)设置为一体,两连接物体(3、4)对接面也设置与榫接件(1)数目相同的多个榫槽(31、41)。
