本实用新型涉及井下救生舱领域,更具体地说涉及井下救生舱制冷空调系统液化气体罐隔热层结构。
背景技术
目前,当矿井发生矿难时,为可保证井下工人的安全,开始在矿井下放置可移动式井下救生舱,救生舱主要由救生舱、车轮和拖挂牵引装置构成,救生舱舱体分为过渡舱、生活舱和设备舱三个舱体,各个舱体之间通过法兰对接。为了降低生活舱的温度,在设备舱内放置有制冷空调系统液化气体罐,在液化气体罐与救生舱壳体之间设有隔热层,现有的隔热层一般保温效果不够好,隔热层强度不够高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有液化气体罐与救生舱壳体之间的隔热层保温效果不够好,隔热层强度不够高之不足,而提供一种井下救生舱制冷空调系统液化气体罐隔热层。
井下救生舱制冷空调系统液化气体罐隔热层,隔热层位于液化气体罐与救生舱壳体之间,隔热层由多孔陶瓷片层叠而成,且隔热层呈真空状。
它还有一组陶瓷支撑件,陶瓷支撑件由一对金属连接头与陶瓷支撑板构成,一对金属连接头分别固定在救生舱壳体与液化气体罐上,陶瓷支撑板两端分别通过螺栓与一对金属连接头相连。
本实用新型的优点是:该隔热层强度高,隔热效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,隔热层5位于液化气体罐1与救生舱壳体2之间,隔热层5由多孔孤形陶瓷片层叠粘合或扣合而成,且隔热层5呈真空状。它还有一组陶瓷支撑件,陶瓷支撑件由一对金属连接头3与陶瓷支撑板4构成,一对金属连接头3分别固定在救生舱壳体2与液化气体罐1上,陶瓷支撑板(起支撑、隔热作用)4两端分别通过螺栓与一对金属连接头3相连。一组陶瓷支撑件分别安装在液化气体罐底部或周边。多孔孤形陶瓷片由多孔陶瓷绝热材料加工而成。

1.井下救生舱制冷空调系统液化气体罐隔热层,隔热层位于液化气体罐(1)与救生舱壳体(2)之间,其特征在于隔热层由多孔陶瓷片(5)层叠而成,且隔热层呈真空状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的井下救生舱制冷空调系统液化气体罐隔热层,其特征在于它还有一组陶瓷支撑件,陶瓷支撑件由一对金属连接头(3)与陶瓷支撑板(4)构成,一对金属连接头(3)分别固定在救生舱壳体(2)与液化气体罐(1)上,陶瓷支撑板(4)两端分别通过螺栓与一对金属连接头(3)相连。
