本实用新型公开一种橡胶切割装置，包括底座，底座上设有液压缸，液压缸与切割刀相连，液压缸下方的底座上设有下刀孔，底座上设有压紧件，所述底座上设有滑槽，压紧件下端设有与滑槽配合的滑块，底座和压紧件之间通过螺栓相连。本实用新型通过压紧件将橡胶压紧，再利用液压缸推动切割刀向下运动，裁割出相应的形状，省时省力，且机器操作的一致性较好。根据橡胶毛坯的大小，可移动压紧件的位置，使得压紧件能更好的压紧毛坯，进而便于切割。

本实用新型涉及一种切割橡胶的工具。
背景技术
橡胶和橡胶制品多数都有相应的标准件，也就是说有相应的尺寸和形状，大部分情况下使用者可以购买标准件使用。但是也有部分情况需要用到非标的橡胶或橡胶制品，这就需要使用者自己裁割相应形状的橡胶，通常裁割的时候工人是通过手工操作，但是手工操作的时候只能加工较小的工件，且大批量切割的时候费时费力、一致性差。
实用新型的内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是手工裁割橡胶制品的时候费时费力、一致性差，提供一种能节省劳动力、所得到产品一致性好的橡胶切割装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：一种橡胶切割装置，包括底座，底座上设有液压缸，液压缸与切割刀相连，液压缸下方的底座上设有下刀孔，底座上设有压紧件，所述底座上设有滑槽，压紧件下端设有与滑槽配合的滑块，底座和压紧件之间通过螺栓相连。
所述压紧件的横截面是Z字型。
本实用新型通过压紧件将橡胶压紧，再利用液压缸推动切割刀向下运动，裁割出相应的形状，省时省力，且机器操作的一致性较好。根据橡胶毛坯的大小，可移动压紧件的位置，使得压紧件能更好的压紧毛坯，进而便于切割。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种橡胶切割装置，包括底座1，底座1上设有液压缸3，液压缸3与切割刀2相连，液压缸3下方的底座1上设有下刀孔4，底座1上设有压紧件5，所述底座1上设有滑槽，压紧件5下端设有与滑槽配合的滑块8，底座1和压紧件5之间通过螺栓6相连。
所述压紧件5的横截面是Z字型。
切割橡胶的时候，将橡胶放置在底座上、切割刀的正下方，调整压紧件5至合适位置之后，拧紧螺栓6，将压紧件固定好，之后启动液压缸3，推动切割刀2上下运动即可完成一次切割。本实用新型中所述切割刀2的刀头可以更换。

1.一种橡胶切割装置，包括底座（1），底座（1）上设有液压缸（3），液压缸（3）与切割刀（2）相连，液压缸（3）下方的底座（1）上设有下刀孔（4），底座（1）上设有压紧件（5），其特征在于：所述底座（1）上设有滑槽，压紧件（5）下端设有与滑槽配合的滑块（8），底座（1）和压紧件（5）之间通过螺栓（6）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶切割装置，其特征在于：所述压紧件（5）的横截面是Z字型。
