本实用新型公开了一种火锅蒸汽喷嘴，它包括嘴体及上盖，特点在于嘴体为两端口外壁设有螺纹、一端口内设有坡口的管件；上盖为伞形帽体，其帽体上设有数个出气孔；嘴体的坡口内设有钢球，上盖与嘴体的坡口端螺纹连接，嘴体的另一端与进气管连接；所述帽体上的出气孔与嘴体的夹角θ为10～45°。本实用新型杜绝了蒸汽进入锅体后锅内液体四溅的弊端，能够使得锅内的液体由锅体底部向锅体四壁再向中间聚拢形成旋转涡状，而且由于蒸汽的温度高，加热快，效率高，加热温度均匀，食物不会烧糊且味道鲜美。所设钢球起到止回阀的作用，阻止锅内的液体回流到蒸汽管道中；锅体与喷嘴之间拆洗方便。

背景技术
现在由于蒸汽火锅无污染、成本低且加热快、效率高深受大家欢迎，但是这些蒸汽火锅所用的蒸汽喷头多是直接在管状喷头上开数个喷头孔来加热食物。这种结构的喷嘴容易使锅内的汤汁倒灌入蒸汽管中，影响使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种结构简单但合理、卫生的火锅蒸汽喷嘴。
实现本实用新型目的的具体技术方案是：
一种火锅蒸汽喷嘴，它包括嘴体及上盖，特点在于嘴体为两端口外壁设有螺纹、一端口内设有坡口的管件；上盖为伞形帽体，其帽体上设有数个出气孔；嘴体的坡口内设有钢球，上盖与嘴体的坡口端螺纹连接，嘴体的另一端与进气管连接；所述帽体上的出气孔与嘴体的夹角θ为10～45°。

具体实施方式
参阅附图1，本实用新型包括嘴体2及上盖6，嘴体2为两端口外壁设有螺纹1、一端口内设有坡口7的管件；上盖6为伞形帽体，其帽体上设有数个出气孔5；嘴体2的坡口7内设有钢球3，上盖6与嘴体2的坡口7端螺纹连接，嘴体2的另一端与进气管连接；所述出气孔5与嘴体2的夹角θ为10～45°。
本实用新型是这样工作的：首先嘴体2上的一端螺纹1与蒸汽锅体固定，蒸汽在经过嘴体2后将设置在坡口7上的钢球3吹起，由于可拆卸的上盖6阻挡，蒸汽经过出气孔5向下方排出，使锅内的液体由锅体底部向锅体四壁再向中间聚拢形成旋转涡状，煮沸锅内食物；当加热停止即蒸汽中短时，坡口7内的钢球3面接触封盖嘴体2的管口，起到止回阀的作用，阻止锅内的液体回流到蒸汽管道中。

1.一种火锅蒸汽喷嘴，包括嘴体（2）及上盖（6），其特征在于嘴体（2）为两端口外壁设有螺纹（1）、一端口内设有坡口（7）的管件；上盖（6）为伞形帽体，其帽体上设有数个出气孔（5）；嘴体（2）的坡口（7）内设有钢球（3），上盖（6）与嘴体（2）的坡口（7）端螺纹连接，嘴体（2）的另一端与进气管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火锅蒸汽喷嘴，其特征在于所述出气孔（5）与嘴体（2）的夹角θ为10～45°。
