Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种耐高温浮动球阀。阀体(1)的腔体中设有两个台阶,在两个台阶之间设置球体(2),并且球体(2)与每个台阶之间各装一个阀座(3),至少一个台阶下方装有蝶形弹簧(5),所述阀体(1)的颈部设有轴肩座,阀杆(4)的轴肩与所述轴肩座之间设有金属环(6),每个所述阀座(3)的外端面都与阀体(1)的腔体内表面形成金属硬密封面。本实用新型在阀门流道内采用全金属材料硬密封,可达零泄漏,而且使用温度可达800℃;并增加了内阀杆密封,与填料组件形成双重密封,提高了上密封性能,另外,实现了浮动球阀的双向密封。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球阀,尤其涉及一种耐高温浮动球阀。
背景技术
近年,由于表面硬化技术的快速发展,金属硬密封球阀在油、气输送管线和电站、化工、冶金等工业系统的高温苛刻工况中得到广泛应用,但针对500℃以上的极度高温工况,国内的金属硬密封球阀尚难以满足。
国内的耐高温球阀多为金属硬密封球阀,如附图1所示,为金属硬密封球阀阀座密封的常用结构:球体与阀座球形面之间形成密封,另外,通过弹性装置使柔性石墨环压紧阀座,保证阀座外圈与阀体之间的密封。然而石墨材料在500℃左右的高温时就会有氧化脱碳现象,所以在500℃以上高温介质直接接触的流道内使用石墨等非金属,长时间工作后此处就会产生渗漏,从而使密封失效,阀门的使用温度受限。同时,在阀杆密封处,多数阀门仅采用成组石墨填料受压变形来保证阀杆密封,长期频繁动作后容易从填料处外漏。另外,浮动球阀一般只能单向密封,但实际工况往往需要双向密封,从而导致浮动球阀应用范围受到很大限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种新型的,具有更高使用温度、密封更可靠、同时能保证双向密封的浮动球阀。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀座、阀杆、填料组件等。阀体的腔体内设有两个台阶,在所述两个台阶之间设置所述球体,并在球体与每个台阶之间各装一个阀座。阀体台阶下方装有蝶形弹簧,阀体的颈部设有轴肩座,阀杆的轴肩与阀体的轴肩座之间设有金属环。每个所述阀座的外端面都与阀体的腔体内台阶端面形成金属硬密封面。
本实用新型的优选方案为,所述的球体与阀座球形面可通过采用例如超音速喷涂等手段涂敷镍基金属陶瓷,使用温度可达800℃。所述的球体与阀座球形面经过配对研磨处理,保证球座接触面零泄漏。
优选地,所述的阀座的外端面、阀体的腔体内台阶端面、阀体轴肩座下表面和阀杆轴肩上表面均经过研磨处理,起密封作用。
优选地,所述的金属环为两个,且金属环上、下表面均经过研磨处理,可达零泄漏;更优选地,所述的金属环由钴基或镍基硬质合金制成。
优选地,所述的蝶形弹簧由耐高温合金制成,例如可采用镍铬高温合金,且其上、下端面都经过研磨处理。
本实用新型有益的效果是:该阀门与介质接触的腔体内完全为金属硬密封,可达零泄漏,而且阀门的使用温度可达800℃;同时,增加了金属环与受压阀杆的密封,与填料形成双重密封,提高了上密封性能;另外,实现了浮动球阀的双向密封。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型内容进一步说明。
图2至图4示出了本实用新型的耐高温浮动球阀的实施例。
如图2所示,本实用新型的耐高温浮动球阀,包括阀体1、球体2、阀座3、阀杆4、填料组件7。所述阀体1的腔体中设有两个台阶,在所述两个台阶之间设置所述球体2,并且球体2与每个所述台阶之间各装一个阀座3。至少一个所述台阶下方装有单片蝶形弹簧5。所述阀体1的颈部设有轴肩座,所述阀杆4的轴肩与所述轴肩座之间设有金属环6。每个所述阀座3的外端面都与阀体1的腔体内表面形成金属硬密封面。所述金属环6起密封作用。
当介质从球体2的右侧流入时,由于介质压力,浮动球体2向左侧阀座3压紧(见附图3),由于球体2和阀座3球形表面喷涂有镍基金属陶瓷涂层并配对研磨,保证了球体与阀座间密封可达零泄漏。同时,阀座3端面紧贴阀体1的台阶端面,这两个表面经过研磨处理后保证阀座与阀体间密封可达零泄漏,两处密封都是金属硬密封,从而保证了500℃以上的高温密封。
当介质从球体2左侧流入时,由于介质压力,浮动球体2向右侧阀座3压紧(见附图4),同理,球体2与阀座3球形面形成可靠密封。同时,蝶形弹簧5被压缩,阀座3外端面紧贴阀体1腔体中的台阶,由于阀座3外端面和阀体1的台阶端面均经过研磨处理,形成金属硬密封,保证了出口侧介质零泄漏。
从而阀门实现了500℃以上的高温双向密封。
阀门正常工作时,由于阀体1腔体中有介质压力,阀杆4受压,使金属环6压紧阀体1轴肩座,而阀杆4轴肩上表面,金属环6上、下表面和阀体1轴肩座下表面,均经过研磨处理,形成可靠的内阀杆密封,与填料组件7形成双重密封,提高了阀门上密封性能。同时,金属环起到轴向轴承作用,可增加阀杆转动灵活性,提高阀门使用寿命。

1.一种耐高温浮动球阀,包括阀体(1)、球体(2)、阀座(3)、阀杆(4)、填料组件(7);所述阀体(1)的腔体中设有两个台阶,在所述两个台阶之间设置所述球体(2),并且球体(2)与每个所述台阶之间各装一个阀座(3),至少一个所述台阶下方装有蝶形弹簧(5),所述阀体(1)的颈部设有轴肩座,所述阀杆(4)的轴肩与所述轴肩座之间设有金属环(6),其特征在于:每个所述阀座(3)的外端面都与阀体(1)的腔体内台阶端面形成金属硬密封面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述的阀座(3)的外端面、阀体(1)的腔体内台阶端面均经过研磨处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)的轴肩座的下表面、阀杆(4)的轴肩上表面与金属环(6)的上、下表面均经过研磨处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述的金属环(6)由钴基或镍基硬质合金制成。
