技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高速列车粉末冶金闸片结构,属于粉末冶金摩擦材料领域。
背景技术
粉末冶金摩擦材料,是以金属及其合金为基体,添加摩擦组元和润滑组元,用粉末冶金方法制成的复合材料。粉末冶金摩擦材料具有足够的强度,合适而稳定的摩擦系数,工作平稳可靠,耐磨及污染少等优点,是现代刹车材料家族中应用较广泛的材料之一。
现在我国经济快速发展,铁路客货运输量迅速增加,铁路运输的高速化已成为必然的发展趋势。目前我国已经开通时速300km以上高速列车。列车高速化对制动系统具有很高的要求,特别是制动系统的制动闸片提出了更高的要求,其中技术最成熟、应用最广泛的是粉末冶金制动闸片。
粉末冶金工艺制成的闸片组装在闸片托上,再装配到制动系统中。为了使安装在闸片托上的闸片在制动过程中可靠接触制动盘,闸片在闸片托上的排列保留适当间隙。并且为了使闸片在制动过程中保持平稳,闸片都设计成一定形状。现有的闸片形状包括圆形(图1)、六边形(图2)、三角形(图3)。在这些形状的闸片中,圆形闸片形状简单,成形模具加工也简单,易于制造,但组装到闸片托上时相互之间不能形成彼此约束,容易转动,制动不平稳。三角形和六边形的闸片虽然彼此之间能形成依靠,但边角多,成形模具不易加工,并且成形过程摩擦力大。
此外,现有闸片中,有些闸片出于安装连接需要,带有孔。这种孔在制动过程中能够贮存磨屑,但在雨雪天气中,沙尘和磨屑容易形成泥浆,造成制动盘损伤。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新型的闸片结构,用于克服以上的不足。
本实用新型的闸片是一种双弧结构,其形状是由同一圆心发出的两条射线、两条平行的直线段以及以所述圆心为圆心的一段圆弧构成的形状。闸片的钢背包括球面部分。
本实用新型的这种双弧结构具有结构简单,模具加工容易,成形坯体密度均匀等优点。钢背的球面部分容易与闸片托的球面凹陷相配合,起到微调闸片的位置,在制动过程中与制动盘贴合紧密的作用。并且使用不带孔的设计,使闸片在雨雪等天气条件下制动时不损伤制动盘。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本实用新型。
图2是本实用新型的高速列车的闸片1,其形状是由同一圆心0发出的两条射线51、52、两条平行的直线段61、62以及以所述圆心0为圆心的一段圆弧71构成的形状,并且闸片中间没有孔,是一个整体连续的实体。本实用新型的粉末冶金闸片的这种形状,结构简单,模具加工容易,成形坯体密度均匀。并且使用不带孔的设计,使闸片在雨雪等天气条件下制动时不损伤制动盘。
并且,本实用新型的闸片钢背2包括球面部分3。钢背的球面部分容易与闸片托的球面凹陷相配合,起到微调闸片的位置,在制动过程中与制动盘贴合紧密的作用。
