单晶硅具有准金属的物理性质,主要用于制作半导体元件和太阳能电池,单晶硅有较弱的导电性,其电导率随温度的升高而增加,有显著的半导电性。单晶硅的制法通常是先制得多晶硅或无定形硅,然后用直拉法或悬浮区熔法从熔体中生长出棒状单晶硅。在单晶硅棒生产过程中,需要对单质硅进行加热熔融后以便单质硅排列成晶核,现有技术的加热器加热不均匀,影响单晶硅的生长。

一种硅液加热器,其特征在于:包括有加热筒,所述加热筒从顶部和底部筒口向筒壁上交替开有多道竖槽,所述加热筒筒壁还连接有安装座,所述安装座连接有接线筒。
本实用新型中,加热筒通过接线筒引入电源线,以进行电加热。加热筒上、下端筒口向筒壁交替开有竖槽,这样就形成了蛇形的筒壁,通过蛇形的筒壁结构进行加热,大大提高了加热的均匀性,使硅液能够被充分加热到熔融状态需要的温度。
