本实用新型的电动车无刷电机引出线出线装置,在原有的电机轴上套设专用的短轴套,在短轴套的不同位置开制相线出线孔和霍尔信出线孔,然后将电机相线引出线和霍尔信号引出线分别从相线出线孔和霍尔信号出线孔中引出,这样就将相线引出线和霍尔信号引出线分开了,从而有效地避免了电机相线引出线的感应磁场对霍尔信号的影响,使电机控制更好、更精确,运行更平稳。
本实用新型的电动车无刷电机引出线出线装置,所述的短轴套中制有3个相线出线孔,每个相线出线孔中穿过一根相线引出线,各根相线引出线之间也互不干扰,使各根相线引出线电流稳定。
