技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电机,特别涉及一种带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件。
背景技术
交流无刷电机为一种没有碳刷的笼式电机,具有运行时的噪音低,运转顺畅的特点,得到广泛的应用。
传统的交流无刷电机中转子的转速及转子所旋转的圈数无法控制机统计,在需要控制驱动速度或时间的场合则无法使用此类交流无刷电机,使交流无刷电机的使用范围受到了局限。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种使用范围广、可控制、统计转速及旋转圈数的带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件,包括有转轴、套设于转轴上的永磁体安装体,其特征在于:所述的转轴上套设有与其呈可拆卸连接的编码器。
采用上述技术方案,通过在转轴上套设编码器,编码器能够将转轴旋转的速度及圈数进行统计,然后将信号传输至伺服驱动器,使操作人员知晓转轴的运行情况,然后通过伺服驱动器对电机进行调试,实现了对转轴转速的控制及统计,扩张了交流无刷电机的使用范围。
本实用新型进一步设置为:转轴与编码器通过螺钉连接,所述转轴轴向一端的端面上设有螺孔,编码器上设有与转轴套接连接的安装块,安装块上设有与转轴上螺孔适配的孔,螺钉穿过安装块上的孔沿延伸至转轴上的螺孔内。
其中,转轴与编码器上安装块的连接处呈锥形,安装块上设有与其适配的锥形安装孔,该锥形安装孔与孔导通。
采用上述技术方案,转轴与编码器采用螺钉式可拆卸连接不仅结构简单,而且拆装方便。转轴与编码器上安装块呈锥形连接状则一方面是为了方便安装,另一方面是为了使转轴与编码器之间的连接更为紧凑。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件,包括有转轴1、套设于转轴1上的永磁体安装体11,转轴1上套设有与其呈可拆卸连接的编码器2。通过在转轴1上套设编码器2,通过在转轴1上套设编码器2,编码器2能够将转轴1旋转的速度及圈数进行统计,然后将信号传输至伺服驱动器,使操作人员知晓转轴1的运行情况,然后通过伺服驱动器对电机进行调试,实现了对转轴1转速的控制及统计,扩张了交流无刷电机的使用范围。
在本实用新型实施例中,转轴1与编码器2通过螺钉3连接,转轴1轴向一端的端面上设有螺孔12,编码器2上设有与转轴1套接连接的安装块21,安装块21上设有与转轴1上螺孔12适配的孔22,螺钉3穿过安装块21上的孔22沿延伸至转轴1上的螺孔12内对安装块21及转轴1实施锁止。并且转轴1与编码器2上安装块21的连接处呈锥形,安装块21上设有与其适配的锥形安装孔23,并且该锥形安装孔23与孔22导通。

1.一种带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件,包括有转轴、套设于转轴上的永磁体安装体,其特征在于:所述的转轴上套设有与其呈可拆卸连接的编码器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件,其特征在于:所述的转轴与编码器通过螺钉连接,所述转轴轴向一端的端面上设有螺孔,编码器上设有与转轴套接连接的安装块,安装块上设有与转轴上螺孔适配的孔,螺钉穿过安装块上的孔沿延伸至转轴上的螺孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有编码器的交流无刷电机的转子组件,其特征在于:所述转轴与编码器上安装块的连接处呈锥形,安装块上设有与其适配的锥形安装孔,该锥形安装孔与孔导通。
