旁路负荷开关车,在汽车车厢的侧面或尾部设有操作门,其特征在于,在该操作门上固定有负荷开关;在车厢里安装有一组电缆卷盘,该电缆卷盘上存放一组高压引下柔性电缆;在车厢上开有与负荷开关两端的终端插座对应的高压电缆过线孔;该汽车车厢内还装有接地装置。本实用新型的有益效果是:提高了带电作业技术水平和技术装备水平,能够迅速搭建一套旁路带电作业系统,为配电系统可靠供电提供了有力保障。

本实用新型涉及一种旁路负荷开关车,属于配电网旁路带电检修作业施工领域,尤其是一种在不停电情况下对柱上开关快速检修的旁路负荷开关车。
背景技术
配电网系统的柱上开关、金具、电缆等组成设备,每年均需进行大量的检修及更换;目前,配电网设备检修主要采用停电检修的方式,随着社会发展对供电可靠性要求的提高,安全可靠的电力供应是社会各界非常关注的焦点,不停电检修施工已成为一种配电网检修作业的迫切需要。
目前,国内在对配电系统柱上开关检修及更换时,采用停电作业,这就会给周围的用户带来一定的经济损失,且会带来诸多生活不便;
因此,提出旁路作业不停电抢修车的研究项目,快速推进不停电作业技术和措施升级换代进程,提高带电作业技术水平和技术装备水平,弥补电力现有配电线路中只能停电检修及更换柱上开关的空白,已成为配电系统极为重要的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种旁路负荷开关车,快速的组建一套旁路带电作业系统,在不停电情况下对柱上开关快速检修及更换。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案是:
一种旁路负荷开关车,在汽车车厢的侧面或尾部设有操作门,其特征在于,在该操作门上固定有负荷开关;在车厢里安装有一组电缆卷盘,该电缆卷盘上存放一组高压引下柔性电缆;在车厢上开有与负荷开关两端的终端插座对应的高压电缆过线孔;该汽车车厢内还装有接地装置。
换言之,本实用新型的方案是:旁路负荷开关车,主要由汽车底盘、车厢、负荷开关、高压引下柔性电缆等设备;在车厢侧面或尾部设有操作门,操作门固定安装一个负荷开关,在负荷开关和车厢连接处装有减震装置;在车厢上开有与负荷开关两端的终端插座对应的高压电缆过线孔;车厢内还安装有一组电缆卷盘,电缆卷盘上存放一组高压引下柔性电缆;车内还装有接地装置。
以上技术方案进一步优化,有以下补充方案:
在负荷开关和车厢的连接处装设有减震装置;
上述开关车内可设置工具存放装置;
上述开关车内可设置除湿系统。
上述开关车的顶部可装有升降照明装置;
上述开关车的顶部还可装有LED屏警示装置;
上述开关车的电缆卷盘还可采用液压或电机驱动。
本实用新型的有益效果是:提高了带电作业技术水平和技术装备水平,能够迅速搭建一套旁路带电作业系统,为配电系统可靠供电提供了有力保障。

具体实施方式
实施例1,旁路负荷开关车,参照图、图2:在汽车1的车厢尾部安装负荷开关6,在负荷开关6和车厢连接处装有减震装置7,车厢前部装有高压引下电缆卷盘2,在负荷开关6的顶部装有电缆收放导向滚轮5,车厢上开有与负荷开关6两端的终端插座对应的高压电缆过线孔9,工作时高压电缆通过电缆过线孔9和负荷开关6相连接,在车厢的顶部装有升降照明装置3和LED屏警示装置4,便于工作照明和安全警示,车内还装有接地卷盘8。

1.旁路负荷开关车,在汽车车厢的侧面或尾部设有操作门,其特征在于,在该操作门上固定有负荷开关;在车厢里安装有一组电缆卷盘,该电缆卷盘上存放一组高压引下柔性电缆;在车厢上开有与负荷开关两端的终端插座对应的高压电缆过线孔;该汽车车厢内还装有接地装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,在所述的负荷开关和车厢的连接处装设有减震装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,所述的开关车内设置有工具存放装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,所述的开关车内设置有除湿系统。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,所述的开关车的顶部装有升降照明装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,所述的开关车的顶部还装有LED屏警示装置。
7.根据权利要求1~6之一所述的旁路负荷开关车,其特征在于,所述的开关车的电缆卷盘采用液压或电机驱动。
