本实用新型涉及阀门技术领域，具体地说是一种双闸板式的闸阀。
背景技术
现有的闸阀一般均由一根阀杆和手轮控制一个闸板，在管道中，如果要更换坏掉的闸阀就要将停止整个流程才能进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，采用分别可控的独立的双闸板而设计的一种闸阀。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型设计一种双闸板式的闸阀，包括阀体、阀杆、闸板，其特征在于：阀体内采用两个闸板，每个闸板分别连接一根阀杆，每根阀杆再连接手轮。
每个闸板底部对应的阀底内壁设有固定闸板用的凹槽。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，采用分别可控的独立的双闸板，当一个闸板或控制部件损坏时，不用停止管道的流程作业，而采用另一个备用的闸板进行工作，同时可对损坏的闸板部件进行维修，实现了闸阀的带压维修。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参见图1，阀体5内采用两个闸板3，每个闸板3分别连接一根阀杆2，每根阀杆2再连接手轮1装置；每个闸板3底部对应的阀体5底部内壁设有固定闸板3用的凹槽4，当闸板3放下时，闸板3底部可嵌入阀体5底部的凹槽4内，从而固定住闸板3。
工作时，由一个闸板进行工作，另一个闸板处于提升位置，备用，当一个闸板或其控制驱动部件损坏时，可以由另一个备用闸板进行工作，同时在不停机的情况下，对损坏的闸板或其控制部件进行维修，实现了不停机的带压维修，维修完成后又可以放入闸阀内做备用。

1.一种双闸板式的闸阀，包括阀体、阀杆、闸板，其特征在于：阀体（5）内采用两个闸板（3），每个闸板（3）分别连接一根阀杆（2），每根阀杆（2）再连接手轮装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双闸板式的闸阀，其特征在于：每个闸板（3）底部对应的阀体（5）底部内壁设有固定闸板（3）用的凹槽（4）。
