背景技术
    阀杆是阀杆在阀门启闭过程中不但是运动件、受力件,而且是密封件。阀杆是轴类零件其长度大于直径。工作时通过手轮旋转带动阀杆在阀体中运动牵引阀门的运动。目前常见的阀杆顶部是正方形的,在与手轮连接时,存在一些缺点,一是不易装配在启闭阀门时操作不便延长了阀门启闭时间,二是浪费材料提高了生产成本。

本实用新型的目的就是解决阀杆用料多、不易与手轮配合的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种带斜度的阀杆,其特征在于阀杆与手轮连接端为锥体。
进一步改进,锥体为正菱锥。
更进一步改进,阀杆与手轮连接端的锥度角度为1°~20°。
本实用新型有益效果是:将阀杆顶部设有有斜度可以有效的与手轮通孔紧密配合,保证了连接的可靠性,同时减少了阀杆使用材料,降低成本。
