本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:叉式绞线机组主机传动结构包括安装地基、电机、冷却风扇、减速机输出轴一、传动轴一、传动轴一连接法兰、从动齿轮轴、减速机、减速机输出轴二、传动轴二连接法兰、传动轴二,其特点是电机输出轴上固定装有主动齿轮,用齿形传动带传动连接主动齿轮和从动齿轮,从动齿轮穿装在连接减速机的从动齿轮轴上,从动齿轮外侧同轴装有制动轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是:叉式绞线机组主机传动结构由皮带传动改为齿形传动带传动的效果特别明显,这种方式传动启动惯量小,启动冲击力小,运行平稳,增加传动轴的使用寿命,减少设备的维护成本。
