本实用新型涉及轴承,尤其涉及赛龙轴承的轴瓦装配结构。
背景技术
赛龙轴承的轴瓦开有赛龙安装槽,用于安装赛龙条,见图1、图2,图中展示了一种赛龙轴承的结构,其特点是轴承体2可分为两瓣,见图2,左右两瓣轴承体2的左右两瓣通过螺栓5连接,如此的结构设计便于轴承的安装和拆卸。在加工过程中,轴瓦3及轴承体2整体加工后分半,为了保证轴瓦3外圆之间无间隙,确保其与轴承体的同心配合,轴瓦3和轴承体2通过螺钉1紧固连接。这种结构的缺点在于轴瓦3和轴承体2的形状复杂,尤其是轴瓦3,赛龙条4安装在轴瓦3的内圆侧,所述需要对其分别加工赛龙安装槽和螺纹槽,加工成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的上述不足进行研究和改进,提供一种赛龙轴承的轴瓦装配结构,加工简便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
本实用新型包括可分半的轴承体,轴承体的内圆与轴瓦外圆配合连接,轴瓦分为左右两瓣,轴瓦的左右两瓣之间设置垫条。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:轴瓦结构简单,同时能保证分半后外圆的圆度。

具体实施方式
见图3、图4,本实用新型包括轴承体9,轴承体9的内孔与轴瓦10的外圆配合抵接,轴承压盖7分别通过螺栓8、螺栓6与轴承体9、轴瓦10连接,螺栓8、螺栓6均匀分布在轴承压盖7的周向,上述结构实质上使得轴承体9、轴瓦10紧固连接。轴承体9和轴瓦10通过线切割加工后整体分半,轴承体9的左右两瓣可以通过螺栓12紧固连接。根据轴瓦10切割后两瓣之间的割缝,在轴瓦10的左右两瓣之间塞入与割缝同等厚度的铜皮13,铜皮13作为垫条嵌入轴瓦10的左右两瓣之后,能确保轴瓦10外圆的整体圆度;前述垫条除采用铜皮13,也可以选用其他金属材质。与图1、图2中所示的背景技术相比,轴瓦10只需要加工与赛龙条11配合的赛龙安装槽即可,简化了结构,降低了加工成本。

1.赛龙轴承的轴瓦装配结构,包括可分半的轴承体,所述轴承体的内圆与轴瓦外圆配合连接,所述轴瓦分为左右两瓣,其特征在于所述轴瓦的左右两瓣之间设置垫条。
