本实用新型涉及一种汽车门板，具体地说是一种门内饰上装饰板。它包括上装饰板表皮(1)和上装饰板骨架(2)，其特征是：上装饰板骨架(2)上设有横向加强筋(3)和纵向加强筋(4)。本实用新型具有结构简单，增加了产品合格率；由于零件结构简单也节省了设备及模具的投入，因此降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车门板，具体地说是一种门内饰上装饰板。
背景技术
轿车门内饰板对于轿车而言是必不可少的装置，上装饰板结构需与车窗玻璃配合，装上车窗密封条后起到密封防水功能。门内饰板上装饰板由于背面有倒扣的结构，在之前的项目中模具需要采用滑块，注塑完成后取件时动作复杂需人工取件，而且使零件强制变形才能完成取件。这种结构不但造成注塑模具结构复杂成本增加，而且由于人工取件劳动强度大，效率不高。同时由于强制变形后才能取件，所以零件在取件后变形，需投入矫形工装，及用于矫形的人工时间。矫形的效果不是很稳定。还有一种解决方法是气辅注塑，但由于气辅注塑对于模具及设备都有特殊要求，而且产品合格率会降低。所以发明一种新型的门内饰上装饰板非常有益。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有门内饰板上装饰板的结构的缺陷，提供一种新的内饰板上装饰板的结构，以弥补现有内饰板上装饰板易变形且成本高的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括上装饰板表皮(1)和上装饰板骨架(2)，其特征是：上装饰板骨架(2)上设有横向加强筋(3)和纵向加强筋(4)。
本实用新型具有结构简单，增加了产品合格率；由于零件结构简单也节省 了设备及模具的投入，因此降低了制造成本。
