背景技术
汽车门内饰板的部分零件生产技术为低压成型技术，而低压成型技术作为一种新兴技术的引进时常常因为其高昂的造价和复杂的技术使许多注塑生产厂家望而却步，主要是因为采用的模具不能满足普通注塑的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种汽车门内饰板注塑模具，以解决目前模具不能满足普通注塑的要求的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是：普通注塑模具1表面有凹陷皮纹2。
采用本实用新型进行注塑生产，产品表面就会产生皮纹效果，与低压注塑后表面PVC的皮纹效果一致。
本实用新型优点在于结构新颖，在对普通注塑模具表面进行腐蚀，腐蚀后所产生的皮纹效果能达到低压注塑的效果，将低压成型技术更改为普通的注塑技术，节约生产成本80％以上，满足了顾客的使用要求。
