一种R4级转环，是由环体、螺母、环栓所组成，其特征在于：环体的下端插有环栓，环栓的上端由设置在环体中央空环中的螺母联接，并由圆销穿过螺母、环栓铆接。本实用新型不但保证螺母与环栓上端拧紧，不松动，也保证了圆销在使用过程中不脱落。达到了四级系泊链材料不能焊接的要求。更好地运用于海洋勘探系泊链。

本实用新型涉及到一种R4级转环。它用于防止锚链过度铰扭而装于锚端链节的可转动部件，也适用于海洋勘探系泊链平台上链条之间的连接。
背景技术
R4级转环是海洋勘探系泊链平台上的附件，普通的转环主要级别有M2，M3，其承载能力小，不能用于系泊链平台上链条的连接，根据美国、英国等船级社规定，海洋船用锚链和海洋勘探平台系泊链用卸扣必须达到四级标准，由于四级系泊链材料不能进行焊接，所以现有的焊接的R4级转环不能应用于海洋勘探系泊链。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种R4级转环，它能克服现有的R4级转环不能应用于海洋勘探系泊链的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种R4级转环，是由环体、螺母、环栓所组成，其特征在于：环体的下端插有环栓，环栓的上端由设置在环体中央空环中的螺母联接，并由圆销穿过螺母、环栓铆接。本实用新型不但保证螺母与环栓上端拧紧，不松动，也保证了圆销在使用过程中不脱落。达到了四级系泊链材料不能焊接的要求。更好地运用于海洋勘探系泊链。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明；
一种R4级转环，是由环体1、螺母2、环栓3所组成，其特征在于： 环体1的下端插有环栓3，环栓3的上端由设置在环体1中央空环中的螺母2联接，并由圆销穿过螺母2、环栓3铆接。具体实施时，将环栓3从环体1下端孔中插入，在环体1中央空环中螺母2与环栓3上端拧紧，再在拧紧的螺母2、环栓3上钻孔，圆销4穿入孔中，两端铆接。这样不但保证螺母2与环栓3上端拧紧，不松动，也保证了圆销4在使用过程中不脱落。
