本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：钢缆绳端头的紧固钢帽套的结构是一个钢制的圆柱形并且有一定壁厚，具有圆形内孔，一端是封闭的平底.另一端平口开口的钢套。紧固钢帽套壁的中部具有螺纹孔，使用钢缆绳端头的紧固钢帽套时，将钢缆绳的端头完全插入紧固钢帽套内孔里，并用和螺纹孔相同内径的六角螺钉上紧在紧固钢帽套壁的中部的螺纹孔内，将六角螺钉压紧在紧固钢帽套内孔中的钢缆绳端头的后部细钢丝上。再将六角螺钉和紧固钢帽套焊接形成焊缝，防止六角螺钉松动。
本实用新型的有益效果是，钢缆绳端头的紧固钢帽套能够束紧和紧固钢缆绳的端头细钢丝，能够防止钢缆绳端头的细钢丝发散。并且结构简单。

紧固钢帽套(1)的结构是一个钢制的圆柱形并且有一定壁厚，具有圆形内孔的一端是封闭的平底，另一端是平口开口的钢套，紧固钢帽套(1)壁的中部具有螺纹孔，与螺纹孔相同内径的六角螺钉(2)上紧在紧固钢帽套(1)上螺纹孔内，并伸入在紧固钢帽套(1)的内孔中，将完全插入紧固钢帽套(1)内孔中的钢缆绳端头后部细钢丝压紧。将紧固钢帽套(1)和六角螺钉(2)使用焊缝(3)焊接。

1.一种钢缆绳端头的紧固钢帽套，其特征是：钢缆绳端头的紧固钢帽套的结构是钢制的一个圆柱形并且有一定壁厚，具有圆形内孔，一端是封闭的平底，另一端是平口开口的钢套，紧固钢帽套壁的中部具有螺纹孔，与螺纹通孔相同内径的六角螺钉上紧在紧固钢帽套上螺纹孔内，并伸入紧固钢帽套的内孔中，六角螺钉压紧在完全伸入紧固钢帽套的钢缆绳端头后部的细钢丝后，使用焊缝将六角螺钉和紧固钢帽套焊接。
