本实用新型涉及的是一种鱿鱼诱惑灯,尤其是其中电光源,属人类生活必需之捕鱼装置技术领域。
背景技术
自从灯光诱惑捕鱼技术兴起以来,各种捕鱼用的诱惑灯具发展迅速,而电光源也从钨丝白炽灯发展到了LED灯,但在灯光波长的选择上还比较宽,更没有专门针对捕捞鱿鱼的诱惑灯公开。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型就是要提供一种专门针对捕捞鱿鱼的鱿鱼诱惑灯。
本实用新型提供的鱿鱼诱惑灯,有灯罩和外壳构成的防水壳体,外壳内置有LED驱动恒流电源电路,所说LED是波长为460~470nm的蓝光LED。
本实用新型提供的鱿鱼诱惑灯,采用波长为460~470nm的蓝光LED为光源,该波长的蓝光对鱿鱼的吸引力最强,与现有技术相比,实际试用结果是在相同的条件下捕获量增加30~35%。
所说防水壳体是有整体的外壳,外壳前端密经封圈连接整体灯罩,壳体内填充有整体固化的导热密封材料,外壳后端压入灯头与灯头壳体作过盈配合。

具体实施方式
有一鱿鱼诱惑灯,结构如图1、2所示,有经阴极氧化处理的铝合金外壳5,外壳外有散热翼。外壳前端安装铝基板6,铝基板上安装波长为460~470nm的蓝光LED7。外壳前端还有外螺纹,半球形的光学塑料(亚克力)全透明灯罩10沿口处也有外螺纹,有连接圈9以内螺纹连接灯罩与外壳连接。灯罩沿口端面与外壳前端面之间有密封圈8,连接处螺纹上涂有导热固化胶以增加密封效果。在外壳内安装有驱动恒流电源电路4,外壳后端经螺纹连接有塑料连接件,外壳内、驱动电路外及连接件内都充填环氧导热胶。连接件后端压入国标E27或E40型灯头1的壳体内,使连接件外壁与灯头壳体内壁作过盈配合而达到密封效果。本例整个壳体防水性能达到IP68等级要求,所用电源为175~265V AC。

1.一种鱿鱼诱惑灯,有灯罩和外壳构成的防水壳体,外壳内置有LED驱动恒流电源电路,其特征是所说LED是波长为460~470nm的蓝光LED。
2.如权利要求1所述的鱿鱼诱惑灯,所说防水壳体是有整体的外壳,外壳前端密经封圈连接整体灯罩,壳体内填充有整体固化的导热密封材料,外壳后端压入灯头与灯头壳体作过盈配合。
