本实用新型提供一种一体化LED光源,该LED光源包括灯座、LED灯板,还包括透光板和布设在所述LED灯板上的LED发光芯片;所述透光板设置在灯座的一端,并将LED发光芯片和LED灯板密封安装在灯座的内部;所述灯座的另一端连接有后盖;所述LED发光芯片通过LED灯板与驱动电源电连接。本实用新型一体化LED光源可将各部件通过透光板安装在灯座的容纳腔体内,使得该LED光源结构简单紧凑,体积小型化,节省材料,同时可增强各部件之间的连接性,方便LED光源的安装和维修使用,从而使LED光源在实际应用上能达到最佳的使用效果和工作效能。同时该LED光源的灯座可通过螺纹连接的方式和不同类型的灯罩配套使用,则可形成不同类型的LED光源,有利于LED光源在市场上推广和应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种LED光源。
背景技术
LED Light Emitting Diode(发光二极管)的缩写,是一个固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED作为一种新型的固态光源,已经在越来越多的照明领域显现出节能效果,所以LED光源备受瞩目,被各国政府视为推动照明应用市场的重要切入点,这也意味着LED光源将成为主宰照明光源领域的创新技术。
当今,随着LED光源市场的应用起飞,LED光源的设计多种多样,LED光源主要包括灯座、LED发光芯片和透光罩等等,而传统的组装固定方法是各部件使用铆合或者螺丝固定等组装一起形成LED光源,即LED发光芯片、透光罩、散热器等部件是直接安装在灯座上的。但是在实际使用时却发现该组装结构和使用性能上存在不足之处:LED光源各部件使用铆合或者螺丝固定等组装一起会造成零部件较多、制造程序繁琐、光源整体占用空间大、结构不紧凑、不便于快速组装,更不利于效率的提高以及节约成本,上述缺点造成现有LED光源在实际应用上未能达到最佳的使用效果和工作效能,使得LED光源不利于市场的广泛应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种结构简单紧凑、体积小型化、节省材料、组装方便、安装效率高、具有较高实用性的一体化LED光源;该一体化LED光源可装配不同形状和类型的灯罩使用,有利于LED光源的推广和应用。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种一体化LED光源,包括灯座、LED灯板,其特征在于:还包括透光板和布设在所述LED灯板上的LED发光芯片;所述透光板设置在灯座的一端,并将LED发光芯片和LED灯板密封安装在灯座的内部;所述灯座的另一端连接有后盖;所述LED发光芯片通过LED灯板与驱动电源电连接。
在上述方案中,本实用新型LED光源的LED发光芯片和LED灯板通过透光板密封安装在灯座的内部,使得该LED光源结构一体化、结构简单紧凑,既可减小LED光源的体积,也可使各部件之间的连接牢固,方便LED光源的组装和使用。
更具体地说,LED发光芯片和LED灯板密封安装在灯座的内部是指灯座内部设置有容纳腔体,LED发光芯片和LED灯板通过透光板密封安装在所述灯座的容纳腔体内。该结构使得灯座和LED发光芯片一体化,减少LED光源的占用空间。
为了更好地实现本实用新型,所述灯座外表面设置有用于与灯罩连接的螺纹。该灯座可通过螺纹连接的方式和不同类型的灯罩配套使用,则可形成不同类型的LED光源。
本实用新型一体化LED光源还包括用于固定LED灯板的基座;所述基座置于灯座容纳腔体内并设置在LED灯板底部。
所述驱动电源通过后盖安装在灯座的容纳腔体内,并设置于基座底部。
本实用新型还包括电线,所述电线一端与驱动电源电连接并通过紧固件固定在所述灯座容纳腔体内,另一端从后盖穿出与外部电源电连接。
所述紧固件为防接线扣和固线螺丝。本实用新型通过固线螺丝安装在套设着电线的防接线扣的通孔内,使得电线可固定在灯座腔体内。本实用新型的紧固件也可以使用其他种类的固定件,只要使电线固定即可。
所述LED发光芯片之间的电连接方式为串联或者并联,或者串、并联混合连接,以适用于不同的使用场合和不同的方式。
所述灯座的型号为E14。灯座的型号是由IEC(国际电工委员会)标准制定的。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点与有益效果:
1、本实用新型一体化LED光源可将各部件通过透光板安装在灯座的容纳腔体内,使得该LED光源结构简单紧凑,体积小型化,节省材料,同时可增强各部件之间的连接性,方便LED光源的安装和维修使用,从而使LED光源在实际应用上能达到最佳的使用效果和工作效能。
2、本实用新型一体化LED光源的灯座可通过螺纹连接的方式和不同类型的灯罩配套使用,则可形成不同类型的LED光源,有利于LED光源在市场上的推广和应用。
3、本实用新型一体化LED光源的LED发光芯片设置在灯座的容纳腔体内,不需要反光罩都可使光线集中并且光线可得到充分利用,从而提高光的利用率,使一体化LED光源的照明效果更加优越。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例
本实施例以灯座型号为E14的一体化LED光源为例对下面进行说明,灯座的型号是由IEC(国际电工委员会)标准制定的。
本实用新型一体化LED光源的爆炸图和结构示意图如图1和图2所示,该LED光源包括灯座1、LED灯板2、透光板3和布设在LED灯板2上的LED发光芯片4,LED发光芯片4之间的电连接方式为串联或者并联,或者串、并联混合连接,并通过LED灯板2与驱动电源6电连接。其中,灯座1内部设置有容纳腔体,透光板3设置在灯座1的一端,并将LED发光芯片4和LED灯板2密封安装在灯座1的容纳腔体内。该LED光源还包括用于固定LED灯板2的基座7,该基座7置于灯座1容纳腔体内并设置在LED灯板2底部。灯座1的另一端连接有后盖5,驱动电源6通过后盖5安装在灯座1的容纳腔体内,并设置于基座7底部。
如图2所示,灯座1外表面设置有用于与灯罩连接的螺纹8,该灯座1可通过螺纹连接的方式和不同类型的灯罩配套使用,形成不同类型的LED光源。为了方便LED光源的使用,本实用新型还包括电线9,该电线9一端与驱动电源6电连接并通过防接线扣10和固线螺丝11固定在灯座1容纳腔体内,另一端从后盖5穿出与外部电源电连接;电线9通过固线螺丝11安装在套设着电线9的防接线扣10的通孔内,使得其可固定在灯座1腔体内。
本实用新型的一体化LED光源结构简单紧凑、体积小型化,该LED光源和现有的LED光源一样,还包括散热器,该LED光源是这样安装的:分布有LED发光芯片4的LED灯板2和散热器安装在灯座1容纳腔体内的基座7上,LED发光芯片4通过串联、并联或混联的连接方式与设置在基座7底部的驱动电源6电连接。透光板3设置在与灯座1的一端,将LED灯板2和散热器容纳在灯座1的腔体内并使LED灯板2分布有LED发光芯片4的一面正对透光板3。后盖5连接在灯座1的另一端。一端与驱动电源6连接的电线9通过防接线扣10和固线螺丝11固定在灯座1内,其另一端从后盖5穿出并与外部电源电连接。通过上述安装方法形成一体化LED光源,在该一体化LED光源使用过程中,可通过螺纹连接的方式将不同类型的灯罩与该LED光源配套使用,满足LED光源市场上的各种需求。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种一体化LED光源,包括灯座、LED灯板,其特征在于:还包括透光板和布设在所述LED灯板上的LED发光芯片;所述透光板设置在灯座的一端,并将LED发光芯片和LED灯板密封安装在灯座的内部;所述灯座的另一端连接有后盖;所述LED发光芯片通过LED灯板与驱动电源电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:LED发光芯片和LED灯板密封安装在灯座的内部是指灯座内部设置有容纳腔体,LED发光芯片和LED灯板通过透光板密封安装在所述灯座的容纳腔体内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:所述灯座外表面设置有用于与灯罩连接的螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:还包括用于固定LED灯板的基座;所述基座置于灯座容纳腔体内并设置在LED灯板底部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:所述驱动电源通过后盖安装在灯座的容纳腔体内,并设置于基座底部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:还包括电线,所述电线一端与驱动电源电连接并通过紧固件固定在所述灯座容纳腔体内,另一端从后盖穿出与外部电源电连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:所述紧固件为防接线扣和固线螺丝。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:所述LED发光芯片之间的电连接方式为串联或者并联,或者串、并联混合连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一体化LED光源,其特征在于:所述灯座的型号为E14。
