本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具。
背景技术
随着LED技术的发展,LED灯具用于照明也日益普及。现有的普通LED草地灯等投射式灯具均采用铝反光罩进行聚光,造成光束角偏大,灯具发光效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种光束角较小、出光集中、发光效率高的LED灯具。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括容置壳体、透光面盖、电路板、LED发光元件、全反射透镜、壳体支架,所述LED发光元件位于所述电路板上并电连接,所述透光面盖与所述容置壳体相密封连接,并将所述电路板、所述LED发光元件及所述全反射透镜容置于内,所述全反射透镜位于所述LED发光元件的出光方向,所述壳体支架通过螺栓组件9固定连接于所述容置壳体上并可调整方向。
所述LED灯具还包括电源线,所述电源线穿过所述容置壳体与所述电路板相电连接,所述电源线与所述容置壳体连接处设置防水螺栓组件。
所述容置壳体是散热壳体。
进一步,所述容置壳体是铝合金散热壳体。
所述电路板为PCB电路板。
所述LED发光元件是大功率LED芯片。
所述LED灯具是草地灯。
或者,所述LED灯具是洗墙灯。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的LED灯具是一种LED草地灯,包括容置壳体1、透光面盖2、电路板3、LED发光元件4、全反射透镜5、壳体支架6、电源线8,所述LED发光元件4位于所述电路板3上并电连接,所述透光面盖2与所述容置壳体1相密封连接,并将所述电路板3、所述LED发光元件4及所述全反射透镜5容置于内,所述全反射透镜5位于所述LED发光元件4的出光方向,所述壳体支架6通过螺栓组件9固定连接于所述容置壳体1上并可调整方向,所述电源线8穿过所述容置壳体1与所述电路板3相电连 接,所述电源线8与所述容置壳体1连接处设置防水螺栓组件7,以利于户外防水,所述容置壳体1是散热壳体,本实施例具体采用铝合金散热壳体,所述电路板3为PCB电路板,所述LED发光元件4是大功率LED芯片。
以上实施例仅是举例,不是对本实用新型保护范围的限制,如所述LED灯具还可以是洗墙灯等其它灯具。
本实用新型通过设置所述全反射透镜5用于对LED发光进行全反射聚光,通过调节透镜的参数和LED的距离使得光束角可以根据需要设置得较小,且出光集中度高,发光效率高,避免了现有铝反光罩的弊端,因此本实用新型光束角较小、出光集中、发光效率高。
本实用新型可广泛应用于LED灯具领域。

  1. 一种LED灯具,其特征在于:包括容置壳体(1)、透光面盖(2)、电路板(3)、LED发光元件(4)、全反射透镜(5)、壳体支架(6),所述LED发光元件(4)位于所述电路板(3)上并电连接,所述透光面盖(2)与所述容置壳体(1)相密封连接,并将所述电路板(3)、所述LED发光元件(4)及所述全反射透镜(5)容置于内,所述全反射透镜(5)位于所述LED发光元件(4)的出光方向,所述壳体支架(6)通过螺栓组件(9)固定连接于所述容置壳体(1)上并可调整方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述LED灯具还包括电源线(8),所述电源线(8)穿过所述容置壳体(1)与所述电路板(3)相电连接,所述电源线(8)与所述容置壳体(1)连接处设置防水螺栓组件(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述容置壳体(1)是散热壳体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述容置壳体(1)是铝合金散热壳体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述电路板(3)为PCB电路板。
