背景技术
随着锂离子聚合物电池产业的发展,现有的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置因接触不良、不能调节极耳距离等问题,越来越不能满足锂离子聚合物电池产业批量化、多样化的发展需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电池化成夹具装置的接触不良、不能调节极耳距离的不足,本实用新型提供一种接触良好、能有效调节极耳距离的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘,所述电池托盘上设有用以放置电池的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具,所述电池托盘上设有导轨滑槽,所述左电池夹具和右电池夹具可滑动的安装在所述导轨滑槽内,所述左电池夹具与左定位块连接,所述右电池夹具与右定位块连接。
进一步,所述左电池夹具包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片和左电压接触片,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片位于所述左电池下接触片的上方;所述右电池夹具包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片和右电压接触片,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片位于所述右电池下接触片的上方。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:1、接触良好、能有效调节极耳距离;2、电池接触片组合设计可以使该装置工作状态更稳定,便于维护。

参照图1~图7,一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘1,所述电池托盘1上设有用以放置电池2的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具3和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具4,所述电池托盘上设有导轨滑槽5,所述左电池夹具3和右电池夹具4可滑动的安装在所述导轨滑槽5内,所述左电池夹具3与左定位块5连接,所述右电池夹具4与右定位块6连接。
所述左电池夹具包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片7,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片8和左电压接触片9,所述左电流接触片8和左电压接触片9位于所述左电池下接触片7的上方;所述右电池夹具包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片10,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片11和右电压接触片12,所述右电流接触片11和右电压接触片12位于所述右电池下接触片10的上方。
本实施例中,所述导轨滑槽5与左定位块、右定位孔相配合,用于调节电池极耳间距离。电池下接触片、电池电压接触片和电池电流接触片有防松动功能,可有效减少该装置在工作时的接触不良问题,以致电池实时电流电压值采集不准。

1.一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘,所述电池托盘上设有用以放置电池的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具,其特征在于:所述电池托盘上设有导轨滑槽,所述左电池夹具和右电池夹具可滑动的安装在所述导轨滑槽内,所述左电池夹具与左定位块连接,所述右电池夹具与右定位块连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,其特征在于:所述左电池夹具包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片和左电压接触片,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片位于所述左电池下接触片的上方;所述右电池夹具包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片和右电压接触片,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片位于所述右电池下接触片的上方。
