随着锂离子聚合物电池产业的发展,现有的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置因接触不良、操作不简便等问题,越来越不能满足锂离子聚合物电池产业批量化、多样化的发展需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有电池夹具装置的接触不良、采集值准确性差的不足,本实用新型提供一种接触良好、有效保证采集值准确性的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘、左电池夹具和右电池夹具,所述电池托盘上设有用以放置电池的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具,所述左电池夹具包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片和左电压接触片,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片位于所述左电池下接触片的上方;所述右电池夹具包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片和右电压接触片,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片位于所述右电池下接触片的上方;所述左电池下接触片设有伸出所述左底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片设有伸出所述左揿手的前方底面的外伸部;所述右电池下接触片设有伸出所述右底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片设有伸出所述右揿手的前方底面的外伸部。
进一步,所述左电池下接触片、左电流接触片、左电压接触片、右电池下接触片、右电流接触片和右电压接触片上均开有列槽。
再进一步,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片并排设置在左揿手的前方底面,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片并排设置在右揿手的前方底面。
更进一步,所述电池托盘上设有滑块导轨,所述左电池夹具和右电池夹具可滑动的安装在所述滑块导轨内,所述左电池夹具与左定位块连接,所述右电池夹具与右定位块连接。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:1、装置简单,电池托盘组件无需作大的更改;2、电池下接触片、电池电压接触片和电池电流接触片有效增加了与电池极耳的接触面积;3、独特的电池夹具组合设计可以使该装置工作状态更稳定,便于维护。

参照图1~图6,一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘3、左电池夹具1和右电池夹具2,所述电池托盘3上设有用以放置电池12的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具1和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具2,所述左电池夹具1包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片4,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片5和左电压接触片6,所述左电流接触片5和左电压接触片6位于所述左电池下接触片4的上方;所述右电池夹具2包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片7,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9,所述右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9位于所述右电池下接触片7的上方;所述左电池下接触片4设有伸出所述左底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述左电流接触片5和左电压接触片6设有伸出所述左揿手的前方底面的外伸部;所述右电池下接触片7设有伸出所述右底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9设有伸出所述右揿手的前方底面的外伸部。
所述左电池下接触片4、左电流接触片5、左电压接触片6、右电池下接触片7、右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9上均开有列槽。
所述左电流接触片5和左电压接触片6并排设置在左揿手的前方底面,所述右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9并排设置在右揿手的前方底面。
所述电池托盘3上设有滑块导轨10,所述左电池夹具和右电池夹具可滑动的安装在所述滑块导轨内,所述左电池夹具与左定位块连接,所述右电池夹具与右定位块连接。
本实施例中,所述左电池下接触片4、左电流接触片5、左电压接触片6、右电池下接触片7、右电流接触片8和右电压接触片9由大小不同的铜片加以表面处理而成,从外表面直接延伸到电池夹具内部,增大了电池夹具的接触面积,并且每个接触片各自有小的裂槽,可防止有极耳表面不平导致的接触不良问题,以致电池实时电流电压值采集不准。
在所述电池托盘组件上安装有一条供电池夹具滑动的滑块导轨10,左电池夹具1和右电池夹具2底部的滑块11与滑块导轨10相互配合,可自由滑动,所述左电池夹具1、右电池夹具2分别各自安装在滑块上,可以自由调节电池极耳间距离来适应不同大小电池化成要求。

1.一种锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,包括电池托盘、左电池夹具和右电池夹具,所述电池托盘上设有用以放置电池的电池安装座,所述电池安装座的上方设有用以夹持电池的正极的左电池夹具和用以夹持电池的负极的右电池夹具,所述左电池夹具包括左底座和左揿手,所述左揿手的中部与左底座的中部铰接,所述左底座的前部顶面设有左电池下接触片,所述左揿手的前方底面设有左电流接触片和左电压接触片,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片位于所述左电池下接触片的上方;所述右电池夹具包括右底座和右揿手,所述右揿手的中部与右底座的中部铰接,所述右底座的前部顶面设有右电池下接触片,所述右揿手的前方底面设有右电流接触片和右电压接触片,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片位于所述右电池下接触片的上方;其特征在于:所述左电池下接触片设有伸出所述左底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片设有伸出所述左揿手的前方底面的外伸部;所述右电池下接触片设有伸出所述右底座前部顶面的外伸部,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片设有伸出所述右揿手的前方底面的外伸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,其特征在于:所述左电池下接触片、左电流接触片、左电压接触片、右电池下接触片、右电流接触片和右电压接触片上均开有列槽。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,其特征在于:所述左电流接触片和左电压接触片并排设置在左揿手的前方底面,所述右电流接触片和右电压接触片并排设置在右揿手的前方底面。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的锂离子聚合物电池化成夹具装置,其特征在于:所述电池托盘上设有滑块导轨,所述左电池夹具和右电池夹具可滑动的安装在所述滑块导轨内,所述左电池夹具与左定位块连接,所述右电池夹具与右定位块连接。
