一种带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管。其包括内衬层、加强层和两个厚壁不锈钢接头;其中内衬层为薄壁不锈钢管;加强层设置在内衬层的外部,其由传统碳钢材料制成,两个厚壁不锈钢接头分别连接在由内衬层和加强层构成的复合管两端。本实用新型提供的带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管不仅综合了不锈钢材料耐腐蚀、耐高温性能好的特点和碳钢材料的高强度性能,而且由于管端设置的厚壁不锈钢接头的厚度大,因此便于现场操作,而且可以降低焊接难度,加快焊接速度,并且只需一次焊接就可完成相邻管道的连接,并且焊接强度好,质量可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种内衬不锈钢复合钢管,特别是涉及一种带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管。
背景技术
内衬不锈钢复合钢管是一种目前常用的双金属复合管道,这种管道是由薄壁不锈钢内衬层和套在内衬层的外部且由碳钢材料制成的加强层构成,其优点是具有良好的抗内部腐蚀和耐高温能力。但是,这种传统的内衬不锈钢复合钢管存在下列问题:铺设管道时,相邻内衬不锈钢复合钢管之间是采用分步焊接的方式进行连接,首先将相邻内衬不锈钢复合钢管上相应端的不锈钢内衬层进行焊接,然后在不锈钢焊缝处进行过渡焊接,最后在过渡焊接缝的外部进行外层焊接。由于不锈钢内衬层的管壁较薄,因此现场焊接难度较大,而且如上所述还要进行过渡焊和外层焊,这样不仅对焊接人员的技术要求高,而且整个焊接过程复杂繁琐,焊接质量很难控制,所以安装进度缓慢。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够加快焊接速度,并且质量可靠的带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管包括内衬层、加强层和两个厚壁不锈钢接头;其中内衬层为薄壁不锈钢管;加强层设置在内衬层的外部,其由传统碳钢材料制成,两个厚壁不锈钢接头分别连接在由内衬层和加强层构成的复合管两端。
所述的厚壁不锈钢接头和内衬层具有相同的内径。
所述的厚壁不锈钢接头的壁厚与由内衬层和加强层构成的复合管的壁厚相同。
所述的厚壁不锈钢接头的长度为80mm-150mm。

所述的厚壁不锈钢接头3和内衬层1具有相同的内径。
所述的厚壁不锈钢接头3的壁厚与由内衬层1和加强层2构成的复合管的壁厚相同。
所述的厚壁不锈钢接头3的长度为80mm-150mm。
当需要连接本实用新型提供的带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管时,只需将相邻两根带有厚壁不锈钢接头的内衬不锈钢复合钢管上相对应端的厚壁不锈钢接头3焊接在一起即可。
