背景技术
目前风机卸载控制系统普遍采用定浆距风轮装置,用电控伺服系统控制风机光速,即在风速过大的情况下该系统使风轮整体转向偏航,减少迎风受力面积,从而保证风机转数不超过发电机的额定转数,来保护发电机不被损毁。同时也避免了风机及风机支柱的损坏,确保风力发电机机组的运行安全。现有的定浆距风轮装置虽然保护了风力发电机组的运行安全,但它还存在如下技术问题:现有的定浆距风轮成本效高、结构复杂,生产、安装、检修不便;反应不灵敏,当有风向不稳定或短暂骤风时,它不能及时反应调整,容易造成风力发电机组损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述技术问题,而提出一种加强系统功率设置的装置,它成本低廉,结构简单,生产、安装、检修方便,反应灵敏,可有效保证风力发电机组的安全。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种加强系统功率设置的装置,其特征是M0S场效应管Q01的漏极与风光互补充电模块正电压输出端连接,源极与电阻R01连接入地,栅源与三极管Q02射极连接,电阻R01起限流作用,三极管Q02作为M0S场效应管Q01的复合管,三极管Q02射极连接M0S场效应管Q01的栅源端,集电极接正5V,基极与电阻R02的一端串联连接,吸收系统微弱的指令信息,电阻R02另一端与PIC微处理器的P93脚连接,三极管Q02与M0S场效应管Q01组成复合功率加强组合,电阻R01、R02、M0S场效应管Q01、之极管Q02组成设备功率加强电路,为设备提供准确的功率控制;该装置的外壳采用工业铸铝面板制成。
