实用新型内容：本实用新型提供了一种可方便的清除玉米淀粉泡沫，提高产品质量使用的玉米淀粉乳旋流装置。本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的玉米淀粉进料口3设置在分离机1左上侧，溢流管2设置在分离机1右上端，重液废流管4装置在分离机1底中部，且和旋流机构的旋转罐5左上侧连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用了旋流装置，可方便的清除玉米淀粉泡沫，从而提高了产品质量。且该装置整体性能稳定，结构紧凑，大大降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式：如图1所示，所述的玉米淀粉进料口3设置在分离机1左上侧，溢流管2设置在分离机1右上端，重液废流管4装置在分离机1底中部，且和旋流机构的旋转罐5左上侧连接。
如图1所示，所述的旋流机构的轻液蛋白泡沫收集管6设置在旋转罐5中部，重液淀粉乳排出管7设置在旋转罐5右下底端。

1.一种玉米淀粉乳旋流装置，其特征在于玉米淀粉进料口(3)设置在分离机(1)左上侧，溢流管(2)设置在分离机(1)右上端，重液废流管(4)装置在分离机(1)底中部，且和旋流机构的旋转罐(5)左上侧连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米淀粉乳旋流装置，其特征是旋流机构的轻液蛋白泡沫收集管(6)设置在旋转罐(5)中部，重液淀粉乳排出管(7)设置在旋转罐(5)右下底端。
