背景技术
目前传统的剥虾是把虾壳留在水槽中，等积累的差不多了集中清理，这样比较的费时，而且虾壳会污染水槽中的水，间接的使虾受到污染，同时还要定时的更换水槽中的水，影响操作的进度。
中国专利（专利号202153978 U）本实用新型涉及一种收集器，尤其涉及一种用于剥虾操作台的下脚料收集器。包括挡板，所述的挡板的外侧壁设有漏斗，所述的漏斗与挡板下方的传送带相对应。
上述公开文件中，该收集器在实际应用中经常会累积有虾须虾脚等垃圾不能清理，时间长了容易发臭并滋生细菌。

本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单，同时加快操作进度并且不会累积垃圾的虾壳收集装置。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种虾壳收集装置，包括挡板，所述的挡板的外侧壁设有漏斗，所述的漏斗与挡板下方的污水收集箱相对应；所述的的漏斗壁上设有进水口。
所述的漏斗包括入口端和出口端，所述的出口端为倾斜状，所述的出口端的高度由内向外逐渐缩小，所述的入口端的边缘设有扩展挡边，所述的扩展挡边呈向下倾斜，所述的入口端和出口端为一体化。
所述的挡板和漏斗为不锈钢质。
所述的污水收集箱进水口处设有过滤膜。
因此，本实用新型的虾壳收集装置，结构简单，操作简便，保证卫生，操作进度快。

1.一种虾壳收集装置，包括挡板，其特征在于：所述的挡板的外侧壁设有漏斗，所述的漏斗与挡板下方的污水收集箱相对应；所述的的漏斗壁上设有进水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种虾壳收集装置，其特征在于：所述的漏斗包括入口端和出口端，所述的出口端为倾斜状，所述的出口端的高度由内向外逐渐缩小，所述的入口端的边缘设有扩展挡边，所述的扩展挡边呈向下倾斜，所述的入口端和出口端为一体化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种虾壳收集装置，其特征在于：所述的挡板和漏斗为不锈钢质。
