(一)技术领域:一种真空轮胎气门嘴垫,适用于汽车真空轮胎,特别适用于大型汽车的真空轮胎。
(二)背景技术:现有大型汽车真空轮胎气门嘴垫使用的是O型橡胶圈,其存在易老化、变形,经常发生跑气漏气现象;又因O型橡胶圈与气门嘴是线接触,常常因螺母松动,紧固螺母时,O型橡胶圈就被撕破,使气门嘴跑气不能使用;当长时间刹车时,轮毂发热,橡胶圈受热变形,轮胎也易漏气,而换一个气门嘴又费力费时。
(三)发明内容:本实用新型真空轮胎气门嘴垫所要解决的技术方案是:提供一种结构简单、耐油、耐高温、耐老化、耐磨损、耐受力强、不变形,使轮胎气门嘴处不再跑气、漏气,且密封严、使用时间长、螺母紧固不松动的真空轮胎气门嘴垫。
本实用新型真空轮胎气门嘴垫,其特征在于:为一平面中空的圆形垫圈,与气门嘴为面接触,其中间的孔径和气门嘴匹配,构成真空轮胎气门嘴垫。
本实用新型真空轮胎气门嘴垫相比现有技术有如下特点:
1.气门嘴垫为一平面结构,它与气门嘴为面接触,受力均匀,不会因为紧固螺母时被撕破或挤偏漏气;
2.气门嘴垫的材质采用环氧树脂或硬质塑料制成。
