本实用新型提供一种双阶挤出自动控制系统,包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和二阶挤出系统,所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体与二阶挤出系统相连;该控制系统还包括:控制装置;在所述连接体上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器,所述控制装置与所述第二高温熔体压力变送器电连接,所述控制装置还分别与一阶调速器、二阶调速器以及加料电机驱动器电连接。本实用新型具有可自动控制、稳定连接体压力的特点。

Description

一种双阶挤出自动控制系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生产XPS泡沫板的双阶挤出自动控制系统。
背景技术
目前,在XPS泡沫板的生产过程中,其主要采用双阶挤出系统,如单螺杆(一阶)+单螺杆(二阶)的双阶挤出系统;双螺杆(一阶)+单螺杆(二阶)的双阶挤出系统;双螺杆(一阶)+熔体泵(二阶)的双阶挤出系统,通常一阶和二阶之间采用直连的方式,其连接部分被称为连接体,这样,一阶系统的输出就是二阶系统的输入,由于一阶和二阶的工作状态相互独立,而熔体又近似为不可压缩的液体,因此连接体处的熔体压力与一阶系统和二阶系统的工作状态有直接的关系。连接体处压力的波动对双阶挤出系统稳定工作很重要,尤其对于一阶为双螺杆的双阶挤出系统更是至关重要。这是因为,一方面,双螺杆挤出机输出压力受双螺杆减速箱的结构形式的限制不能被设计得足够大,也就是双螺杆挤出机所能承受的连接体压力不能太大,二是双螺杆挤出机工作在饥饿加料方式,其加料量是通过一个独立的喂料系统进行加料的,即又增加了一个独立的系统。因此,喂料系统、双螺杆挤出机、单螺杆挤出机三者之间的任何参数如:温度、转速等的波动或干扰都会影响连接体处的熔体压力值,如果熔体压力超过双螺杆挤出机的允许最大值,将会对系统的安全产生致命的威胁。因此控制连接体处的熔体压力,对于双阶挤出系统的稳定安全运行至关重要。在一些文献的报道以及公开的专利资料中,也有人尝试对挤出机的转速、压力进行控制,如:CN201300534Y公开了一种挤出机螺杆转速的反馈控制方法,该方法通过加装螺杆转速编码器,将编码器所检测到的实际螺杆转速反馈到控制器进行螺杆转速的精确控制,未涉及挤出压力的控制方法。CN201300535Y公开了一种喂料装置转速的反馈控制方法。该方法通过加装喂料螺杆转速编码器,将编码器所检测到的喂料螺杆转速反馈到控制器进行喂料转速的精确控制,未涉及挤出压力的控制方法;CN1555973A公开了一种挤出-注塑成型系统中挤出机机头内熔体压力的控制方法,它是通过在挤出机与注塑机的连接体部位增加一个可以间隙接纳或排空熔体的熔体蓄送装置,通过检测熔体压力值并与预设值比较后的信号驱动活塞的前后运动,将高温熔料吸入或排出,使压力稳定,该专利也未涉及双阶挤出系统的熔体压力控制问题;以上专利均未涉及一阶系统为双螺杆挤出机的连接体熔体压力的控制问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种针对一阶系统为双螺杆挤出机的双阶挤出自动控制系统。
本实用新型可以通过以下技术方案实现,一种双阶挤出自动控制系统,包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和单螺杆二阶挤出系统,
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统包括:双螺杆挤出机、齿轮减速箱、一阶驱动电机和一阶调速器,双螺杆挤出机设置有加料装置,所述加料装置包括:加料机、料斗、加料电机和加料电机驱动器;
所述单螺杆二阶挤出系统包括:单螺杆挤出机、齿轮减速箱、二阶驱动电机、二阶调速器、挤出成型机头,在所述挤出成型机头上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器;
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体与单螺杆二阶挤出系统相连;
所述双阶挤出自动控制系统还包括:控制装置;在所述连接体上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器,所述控制装置与所述第二高温熔体压力变送器电连接,所述控制装置还分别与一阶调速器、二阶调速器以及加料电机驱动器电连接。
本实用新型还可以通过以下技术方案实现,一种双阶挤出自动控制系统,包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和熔体泵二阶挤出系统,
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统包括:双螺杆挤出机、齿轮减速箱、一阶驱动电机和一阶调速器,双螺杆挤出机设置有加料装置,所述加料装置包括:加料机、料斗、加料电机和加料电机驱动器;
所述熔体泵二阶挤出系统包括:熔体泵、齿轮减速箱、二阶驱动电机、二阶调速器、挤出成型机头,在所述挤出成型机头上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器;
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体与熔体泵二阶挤出系统相连;
双阶挤出自动控制系统还包括:控制装置;在所述连接体上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器,所述控制装置与所述第二高温熔体压力变送器电连接,所述控制装置还分别与一阶调速器、二阶调速器以及加料电机驱动器电连接。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,构成了连接体压力-一阶双螺杆转速闭环自动控制系统、连接体压力-二阶单螺杆/熔体泵转速闭环控制系统或连接体压力-喂料转速闭环控制系统。本实用新型的控制装置通过接收第二高温熔体压力变送器的连接体内高温熔体压力信号;并根据该信号向一阶调速器、二阶调速器或加料电机驱动器发出转速控制信号;进而通过调整一阶挤出机的转速、二阶挤出机/熔体泵的转速或加料量实现连接体压力的稳定。

图1是本实用新型的第一实施例的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实用新型的双阶挤出自动控制系统包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和单螺杆二阶挤出系统。所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统包括:双螺杆挤出机5、齿轮减速箱7、一阶驱动电机8和一阶调速器30,双螺杆挤出机5设置有加料装置,加料装置包括:加料机4、料斗3、加料电机2和加料电机驱动器1;单螺杆二阶挤出系统包括:单螺杆挤出机10、齿轮减速箱26、二阶驱动电机11、二阶调速器12、挤出成型机头25,在挤出成型机头25上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器14;双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体6与单螺杆二阶挤出系统相连。双阶挤出自动控制系统还包括:控制装置24;在连接体6上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器13,控制装置24与第二高温熔体压力变送器13电连接,控制装置24还分别与一阶调速器30、二阶调速器12以及加料电机驱动器1电连接。为了便于显示挤出成型机头25位置的高温熔体压力,第一高温熔体压力变送器14也与控制装置24电连接。控制装置24为PLC控制器或单片机,为了便于人机交互,控制装置24还与PC机31电相连。

图2是本实用新型的第二实施例的结构示意图。如图2所示,本实用新型的双阶挤出自动控制系统包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和熔体泵二阶挤出系统。所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统包括:双螺杆挤出机5、齿轮减速箱7、一阶驱动电机8和一阶调速器30,双螺杆挤出机5设置有加料装置,所述加料装置包括:加料机4、料斗3、加料电机2和加料电机驱动器1。所述熔体泵二阶挤出系统包括:熔体泵16、齿轮减速箱26、二阶驱动电机11、二阶调速器12、挤出成型机头25,在挤出成型机头25上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器14;所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体6与熔体泵二阶挤出系统相连;所述双阶挤出自动控制系统还包括:控制装置24;在所述连接体6上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器13,所述控制装置24与所述第二高温熔体压力变送器13电连接,所述控制装置24还分别与一阶调速器30、二阶调速器12以及加料电机驱动器1电连接。了便于显示挤出成型机头25位置的高温熔体压力,第一高温熔体压力变送器14也与控制装置24电连接。控制装置24为PLC控制器或单片机,为了便于人机交互,控制装置24还与PC机31电相连。
下面对本实用新型的工作原理进行说明,控制装置24接收来自第二高温熔体压力变送器13的连接体内高温熔体压力信号,并根据该压力信号向一阶调速器30、二阶调速器12或加料电机驱动器1发送转速控制信号,形成连接体压力-一阶双螺杆转速闭环自动控制系统、连接体压力-二阶单螺杆/熔体泵转速闭环控制系统或连接体压力-喂料转速闭环控制系统。本实用新型具有自动控制、稳定连接体压力的特点。

1.一种双阶挤出自动控制系统,包括:双螺杆一阶挤出系统和单螺杆二阶挤出系统,
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统包括:双螺杆挤出机、齿轮减速箱、一阶驱动电机和一阶调速器,双螺杆挤出机设置有加料装置,所述加料装置包括:加料机、料斗、加料电机和加料电机驱动器;
所述单螺杆二阶挤出系统包括:单螺杆挤出机、齿轮减速箱、二阶驱动电机、二阶调速器、挤出成型机头,在所述挤出成型机头上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器;
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体与单螺杆二阶挤出系统相连;
其特征在于:还包括:控制装置;在所述连接体上安装有第二高温熔体压力变送器,所述控制装置与所述第二高温熔体压力变送器电连接,所述控制装置还分别与一阶调速器、二阶调速器以及加料电机驱动器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶挤出自动控制系统,其特征在于:所述第一高温熔体压力变送器与所述控制装置电接连。

所述熔体泵二阶挤出系统包括:熔体泵、齿轮减速箱、二阶驱动电机、二阶调速器、挤出成型机头,在所述挤出成型机头上安装有第一高温熔体压力变送器;
所述双螺杆一阶挤出系统通过连接体与熔体泵二阶挤出系统相连;
