技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种水产品加工装置,尤其是一种水产品冰衣形成装置。
背景技术 一些水产品例如鱼片、鱼段或贝类产品为了在储藏的过程中保鲜并保持水分需要将这些产品解(速)冻在水槽内过几次水,目的是使速冻的产品的表面挂上一层保护层,该保护层通常叫做冰衣。在挂冰衣的过程中,对水槽内水温有严格的要求,如果水温不恒定会对冰衣的透明度以及冰衣的厚度具有一定影响。目前采用的方法主要是将装满水的水槽推到冷库内降温,待水冷冻到一定温度后,将水槽推到包装间进行挂冰衣。上述方法存在的弊端是:水槽里的水由冷库推出后水温比较适合,但是在将水槽推入包装间进行挂冰衣的过程中,水槽里的水的温度逐渐升高,由于挂冰衣的最佳温度在0℃-5℃,所以如果在挂冰衣的过程中如水温升高,则冰衣透明度及厚度达不到最佳效果,影响产品的质量,同时增加作业时间,同时也造成资源的浪费。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种产品质量好,节约能源,降低生产成本,节省作业时间的恒温节能冰衣器。
本实用新型主要包括水槽、隔板以及冰块,所述水槽为上开口槽型壳体,它是由金属材料如钢制成的,在其内部两个相对侧面之间垂直连接纵向隔板,为挂冰衣方便,隔板将水槽内部分成大小两个空腔,在小空腔内部设有冰块,所述隔板的表面设有若干个通孔,为外形美观,最好通孔并列开设。
本实用新型是这样工作的:
将水槽的大腔体内装满水后的将其推到冷库内降温,待水冷冻到一定温度后,将水槽推到包装间内挂冰衣,由于小腔体内设有冰块,则在挂冰衣的过程中,小腔体内的冰块融化的水流入大腔体内,并且而冰块自身的温度传导给大腔体内部的水,则大腔体的水在挂冰衣的过程中温度不会升高。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:产品质量好,节约能源,降低生产成本,节省作业时间。
