本实用新型涉及一种电弧钎焊燃油箱,是对目前使用的上下壳体式电阻焊结构燃油箱的改进。燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板上壳体边缘小于燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板下壳体的边缘,形成错边搭接结构,在上壳体与下壳体一周边缘搭接处用焊料固定连接。优点在于:结构新颖,用电弧钎焊,可以用耐腐蚀性能好、成本较低的热浸镀锌钢板制造燃油箱,可提高燃油箱的耐腐蚀性能,又可降低成本,降低材料消耗,减小焊接的热影响区,并可提高焊接强度。

本实用新型涉及对目前使用的上下壳体、即哈夫式电阻焊结构燃油箱的改进。
背景技术
目前,传统的上下壳体燃油箱都采用镀锌钢板电阻缝焊结构,由于电阻缝焊无法焊接耐腐性能较好的热浸镀锌钢板,所以,目前的上下壳体燃油箱只能采用耐腐性能较差、仅为热浸镀锌钢板的1/6,成本较高的镀锌层较薄的单面电镀锌钢板,这就使目前的上下壳体电阻缝焊结构燃油箱耐腐蚀性能不好、成本又较高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种电弧钎焊燃油箱,以解决目前电阻缝焊结构燃油箱耐腐蚀性能不好、成本较高的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是:燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板上壳体边缘小于燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板下壳体的边缘,形成错边搭接结构,在上壳体与下壳体一周边缘搭接处用焊料固定连接。
本实用新型一种实施方式是:下壳体边缘搭接处有定位凹槽。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,用电弧钎焊,可以用耐腐蚀性能好、成本较低的热浸镀锌钢板制造燃油箱,可提高燃油箱的耐腐蚀性能,又可降低成本,降低材料消耗,减小焊接的热影响区,并可提高焊接强度。

1.一种电弧钎焊燃油箱,其特征在于:燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板上壳体边缘小于燃油箱热浸镀锌钢板下壳体的边缘,形成错边搭接结构,在上壳体与下壳体一周边缘搭接处用焊料固定连接。
