背景技术
现有的不锈钢柜体(用于什么的柜体？)，采用单面不锈钢板折弯后焊接成形，表面焊接点多、做工粗糙、不够厚实、档次低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的不锈钢柜体，整个柜体表面看不到任何焊点，整洁美观，结实耐用。
本实用新型的技术方案为：柜体由复合板构成，复合板由内不锈钢板、内泡沫板和外不锈钢板组装而成，内不锈钢板四周折弯呈槽型，四个角连接有扣件，泡沫板压在槽内，封上外不锈钢板，柜体上的板与板之间的连接在内不锈钢板上焊接。
本实用新型的不锈钢柜体大大增加了柜体板的厚度和强度，泡沫板又起到防水作用，每块柜体板的连接方法采用内焊接固定，安装简单，使整个柜体表面看不到任何焊点，整洁美观，结实耐用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的柜体由复合板构成，复合板由内不锈钢板F、内泡沫板D和外不锈钢板E组装而成，将内不锈钢板F四周折弯呈槽型，四个角采用塑料扣件A扣紧，中间采用泡沫板D垫充(泡沫板压在槽内)，封上外不锈钢板，柜体上的板与板之间的连接是在内不锈钢板上通过内焊接固定点B焊接连接。
本实用新型的柜体可单独使用，也可多个组合使用，多个组合使用时，柜体与柜体并排靠拢后在柜体与柜体之间的竖板处用螺丝串起来连接固定即可。
