新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,涉及废旧塑料再加工设备领域,由带发动机的底座支架和加热熔管构成,所述发动机设置在底座支架内部,发动机通过传动轴与变速齿轮箱连接,所述变速齿轮箱和加热熔管相接,在所述变速齿轮箱右端面通过螺栓和加热熔管固定,所述加热熔管右端连接出丝机构,在所述出丝机构下端设置有冷却水箱,所述加热熔管中设置有三道研磨机构,第一道研磨机构熔管上端制有入料口,在所述第一道研磨机构的右端依次设置第二道研磨机构和第三道研磨机构。本实用新型的优点是可以将塑料颗粒研磨的很细,提高产品的质量。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及废旧塑料再加工设备领域,具体是一种新型三段双排气研磨螺杆。
背景技术:
随着社会的发展,塑料及其产品在国民经济中所占极其重要的地位,无论是国防工业、交通运输、机械制造、农业医疗卫生,还是在人民日常生活中都有着极其广泛的用途,随着这些工业的发展、产量的剧增,其废弃物对环境的污染也就逐渐成为人类生存环境的一大公害,目前世界各大、中城市塑料废弃物造成的污染己十分严重,由于农田中使用地薄膜,也造成对农田的污染,各国政府都在不同程度地解决这一公害,以促进废弃塑料利用和处理等环保事业的快速发展。
现有技术中,用于废旧塑料再加工的研磨加热熔管都采用两道研磨的加热熔管,此种加热熔管对废旧塑料的研磨不充分,研磨后的塑料颗粒仍然很大,制成的塑料产品不细腻,质量不好。

本实用新型为了解决以上技术问题,提供了一种新型三段双排气研磨螺杆。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,由带发动机的底座支架和加热熔管构成,其特征在于:所述发动机设置在底座支架内部,发动机通过传动轴与变速齿轮箱连接,所述变速齿轮箱和加热熔管相接,在所述变速齿轮箱右端面通过螺栓和加热熔管固定,所述加热熔管右端连接出丝机构,在所述出丝机构下端设置有冷却水箱,所述加热熔管中设置有三道研磨机构,第一道研磨机构熔管上端制有入料口,在所述第一道研磨机构的右端依次设置第二道研磨机构和第三道研磨机构。
所述三道研磨机构均设置在加热熔管的内部。
所述第一道研磨机构的加热熔管外壁上套有电阻丝,电阻丝通过导线连接配电箱。
所述变速齿轮箱固定在底座支架上。
本实用新型的有益效果是通过增加加热熔管的长度,在加热熔管内设置三道研磨机构以后,塑料颗粒被融化研磨的更加细小、均匀,提高塑料制品的质量。

具体实施方式:
为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本实用新型。
如图1所示,新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,由带发动机1的底座支架2和加热熔管3构成,发动机1安装在底座支架2的内部,并通过传动轴与变速齿轮箱4连接,将变速齿轮箱4和加热熔管3相接,通过螺栓固定,这样加热熔管3的内部在旋转时就可以通过控制变速齿轮箱4的转速来控制旋转速度。
加热熔管3的右端连接一出丝机构5,在出丝机构5下端安装冷却水箱6,在从出丝机构5中挤出的塑料条直接进入到冷却水箱6中冷却。
在加热熔管3中,制有三道研磨机构,第一道研磨机构31的上端制有入料口34,并在第一道研磨机构31加热熔管3的外壁上套有电阻丝35,电阻丝35通过导线连接配电箱7,在第一道研磨机构31的右端,依次制有第二道研磨机构32和第三道研磨机构33,加长了加热熔管3的长度,使得塑料在加热熔管3中熔解后研磨的颗粒更加细小,均匀。
设备开启后,将废旧塑料由入料口34投入,发动机1驱动变速齿轮箱4带动研磨加热熔管3对废旧塑料进行熔化研磨,由配电箱7通过电阻丝35在研磨加热熔管3的外壁进行加热,熔化塑料,经过三道研磨后,从出丝机构5将塑料熔体制成条状,再经过冷却水箱6后冷却成型。

1.新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,由带发动机的底座支架和加热熔管构成,其特征在于:所述发动机设置在底座支架内部,发动机通过传动轴与变速齿轮箱连接,所述变速齿轮箱和加热熔管相接,在所述变速齿轮箱右端面通过螺栓和加热熔管固定,所述加热熔管右端连接出丝机构,在所述出丝机构下端设置有冷却水箱,所述加热熔管中设置有三道研磨机构,第一道研磨机构熔管上端制有入料口,在所述第一道研磨机构的右端依次设置第二道研磨机构和第三道研磨机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,其特征在于:所述三道研磨机构均设置在加热熔管的内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述新型三段双排气研磨螺杆,其特征在于:所述第一道研磨机构的加热熔管外壁上套有电阻丝,电阻丝通过导线连接配电箱。
