本实用新型属于医疗设备,涉及一种用于变压吸附式制氧设备中的制氧机吸附塔集成式下盖。
背景技术
变压吸附(PSA)空气分离制氧技术,它是基于吸附剂对空气中氧和氮吸附能力的差异来实现氧氮的分离。当空气进入装有吸附剂的筛筒时氮气吸附能力较强则被吸附,氧气则不被吸附,这样就能在筛筒的另一出口端获得高浓度的氧气。目前变压吸附(PAS)系统主要有气体处理系统,气体分离系统,气体储存系统以及各种管线组合而成。其通常设置两个交替工作的吸附塔,系统各部分通过管线连接,其连接结构较复杂,装配困难,影响密封性以及气压的稳定,难以满足较高的使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、安装方便、密封性好、运行稳定的制氧机吸附塔集成式下盖。
本实用新型的制氧机吸附塔集成式下盖包括有位于一对吸附塔底部的下座体,下座体顶面上设置一对用来安装一对吸附塔的吸附塔安装槽;在两个吸附塔安装槽之间设置有气动阀座体,气动阀座体与下座体连为一个整体,气动阀座体上设置有进气腔和出气腔,进气腔和出气腔通过下座体内部的气体通道与吸附塔安装槽连通,进气腔和出气腔的正面敞开部分由一个盖板封闭,盖板上固定有分别与进气腔和出气腔相通的进气嘴和出气嘴。
本实用新型将吸附塔安装槽、气动阀、进气腔、出气腔及集成在整体式的下座体上,各部分之间的气体通道也直接在下座体内部形成,使得其结构简单、安装方便;由于密封环节少,提高了密封的可靠性和运行的稳定性。

如图所示,制氧机吸附塔集成式下盖包括有位于一对吸附塔底部的下座体1,下座体顶面上设置一对用来安装一对吸附塔的吸附塔安装槽2;在两个吸附塔安装槽之间设置有气动阀座体3,气动阀座体3与下座体1连为一个整体,气动阀座体上设置有进气腔4和出气腔5,进气腔和出气腔通过下座体内部的气体通道6与吸附塔安装槽2连通,进气腔和出气腔的正面敞开部分由一个盖板7封闭,盖板上固定有分别与进气腔和出气腔相通的进气嘴8和出气嘴9。
