针对已有铝杆浇铸用浇包在使用中存在不能充分过滤铝溶液，使得铝熔液内含有杂质，由此生产的铝杆强度低、电阻率大，降低铝杆内在质量及造成铝杆废品的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种过滤浇铸包，这种过滤浇铸包括有异型包体，异型包体内设有挡墙；挡墙的底部设有透孔，异型包体的底面设有漏孔，在异型包体内的拐角处设有台阶，过滤板与台阶平行放置；在异型包体内安装有过滤网。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的一种过滤浇铸包，属铝杆生产行业用于浇铸铝熔液用的一种设备。
背景技术
在铝杆生产中，将铝锭熔化成铝熔液，然后将铝熔液流入大浇包内沉淀、过滤，流进小浇包进、进入连铸、连轧设备进行压轧，制成铝杆。因此，浇铸包是铝杆生产中的主要设备之一。公知的铝杆浇铸用浇铸包包括有异型包体(通常称为大浇包)，在异型包体内设有挡墙，挡墙的底部设有透孔，异型包体的地面设有漏孔，在挡墙处竖立放置有过滤板。这种已有结构的异型浇包在使用中存在有以下缺陷：因为异型浇包内仅设有一道竖立的过滤板，对流经的铝溶液不能充分过滤，因此过滤后的铝熔液内仍然有一定量的杂质，用这种带有杂质的铝熔液生产出的铝杆含有杂质，降低了铝杆的内在质量，甚至生产中造成铝杆废品。
发明内容
针对已有铝杆浇铸用浇包在使用中存在不能充分过滤铝溶液，使得铝熔液内含有杂质，由此生产的铝杆含有杂质，降低铝杆内在质量及造成铝杆废品的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种过滤浇铸包，利用这种过滤浇铸包过滤铝熔液，可将铝熔液中的杂质除掉，提高铝熔液的纯度。
为实现本实用新型的目的采取了如下技术方案：
制一种过滤浇铸包，这种过滤浇铸包括有异型包体，异型包体内设有挡墙；挡墙的底部设有透孔，异型包体的底面设有漏孔，在异型包体内的拐角处设有台阶，过滤板与台阶平行放置；在异型包体内安装有过滤网。
本实用新型的特点是结构简单，制造容易，使用方便；其显著优点是在使用中铝可将铝熔液中的杂质除掉，提高铝熔液的纯度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，图中的1是过滤浇铸包的异型包体，在异型包体1内设有挡墙2，挡墙2的底部设有透孔7，异型包体的底面设有漏孔8，在异型包体1的拐角处设有台阶3，过滤板4与台阶3平行放置；在异型包体内的前端固定有过滤网5和过滤网6。
由于本实用新型在异型包体1内设置了过滤网5和过滤网6，融化的铝熔液进入到异型包体1内时首先受过滤网5和过滤网6的过滤，将杂质沉淀到过滤网的下面，又经过滤板4平行过滤，出去了铝液中的杂质，提高了铝液纯度和质量。

1.一种过滤浇铸包，这种过滤浇铸包括有异型包体(1)，异型包体(1)内设有挡墙(2)；挡墙的底部设有透孔(7)，异型包体的底面设有漏孔(8)，其特征在于：在异型包体(1)内的拐角处设有台阶(3)，过滤板(4)与台阶(3)平行放置；在异型包体(1)内安装有过滤网。
