本实用新型揭露了一种节能环保型反光灯罩,包括灯罩主体,所述灯罩主体内侧设有一空腔,所述空腔周壁为反光面,其特征在于,所述空腔由轴向靠近光源端向远离光源端呈发散状,所述空腔壁面涂有纳米涂层。采用上述技术方案,取得的有益效果是:空腔壁面涂有纳米涂层,其对可见过和红外线光具有很高的反射率,使光源发出的光与热被反射至灯罩外部,使灯具的整灯反射效率提升30-35%以上,产生节能效果。纳米涂层可以提高反光罩的耐温温度,使反射罩不易褪色。延长灯具光源的使用寿命,提高光效,是一种绿色节能照明反射罩。另外,纳米涂层可使灯罩不易积累灰尘和水汽,又达到环保效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种节能环保型反光灯罩。
背景技术
灯罩的作用是可以将光源发射的光线进行会聚,以提高光源的利用率,打到节能效果。目前,灯罩的形状一般是圆柱状或圆锥台状。灯罩在对光线的会聚过程中,光源产生的热量大量集中在灯罩内侧,使光源温度升高,进而影响到电路控制系统的稳定,光源及灯罩的使用寿命降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决背景技术中的技术问题,提供了一种节能环保型反光灯罩,它包括灯罩主体,所述灯罩主体内侧设有一空腔,所述空腔周壁为反光面,所述空腔由轴向靠近光源端向远离光源端呈发散状,所述空腔壁面涂有纳米涂层。
作为本实用新型一优选方案,所述空腔分成若干菠萝状反射区。
作为本实用新型一优选方案,所述纳米涂层的厚度是0.08-0.25毫米。
作为本实用新型一优选方案,所述灯罩主体上端设有一灯源安装孔。所述灯源安装孔设于灯罩主体轴向中心位置。
作为本实用新型一优选方案,所述空腔为圆锥台状。
作为本实用新型一优选方案,所述空腔为喇叭状。
采用上述技术方案,取得的有益效果是:(1)空腔壁面涂有纳米涂层,其对可见过和红外线光具有很高的反射率,使光源发出的光与热被反射至灯罩外部。另外,纳米涂层可使灯罩不易积累灰尘和水汽,延长灯罩的使用寿命。
(2)光罩空腔的形状采用符合光学反射原理,制作成由轴向靠近光源端向远离光源端呈发散状,如喇叭状、圆锥台状,以达到较高的反射效果,使灯效提高30-35%以上
(3)空腔分成若干菠萝状反射区,可以将反射效果达到最优化,整灯光效提高70%-80%以上。
(4)垂直型灯源的使用将灯源在360度的范围内照射,使光损减少30%,使整灯节能70-80%,达到绿色环保的指标。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式说明本实用新型所述的技术方案。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种节能环保型反光灯罩,包括灯罩主体1,灯罩主体内侧设有空腔12,空腔12周壁为反光面,空腔12由轴向靠近光源端(图中未示)向远离光源端呈发散状,空腔12壁面涂有纳米涂层13。纳米涂层13可以通过溅射的方法将纳米粒子镀设在灯罩主体1的内腔12上。纳米涂层13的光反射率与热反射率都很高,进一步将光与热反射出灯罩主体1。优选地,纳米涂层13的厚度是0.08-0.25毫米。另外,有了纳米涂层13,使灯罩主体1的内腔12不易积累灰尘或水汽。灯罩主体1上的轴向中心位置上设有灯源安装孔11。灯源垂直安装于灯罩主体1上,使灯源发出的灯在灯罩主体1内均匀分布。作为一优选方案,空腔12分成若干菠萝状反射区,使被反射光或热更易射出灯罩主体1的内腔。
如图2、图3所示,是灯罩主体1的两种实施例。第一实施例中,空腔12的形状是圆锥台状,灯源安装孔11灯罩主体1上的轴向中心位置上,纳米涂层13设于空腔12壁面上。第二实施例与第一实施例不同之处在于,空腔12的形状是喇叭状。但形态不限于此,只要符合光学反射原理都能为本实用新型所采用,以达到美观的效果。

1.一种节能环保型反光灯罩,包括灯罩主体,所述灯罩主体内侧设有一空腔,所述空腔周壁为反光面,其特征在于,所述空腔由轴向靠近光源端向远离光源端呈发散状,所述空腔壁面涂有纳米涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型反光灯罩,其特征在于,所述空腔分成若干菠萝状反射区。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型反光灯罩,其特征在于,所述纳米涂层的厚度是0.08-0.25毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型反光灯罩,其特征在于,所述灯罩主体上端设有一灯源安装孔。所述灯源安装孔设于灯罩主体轴向中心位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型反光灯罩,其特征在于,所述空腔为圆锥台状。
