本实用新型涉及一种LED筒灯,它包括两端开放的反光杯,于反光杯一端设有驱动电源,其内设有光源,其改进之处在于:所述光源为LED光源;所述反光杯与驱动电源间还设置散热体,LED光源对应贴敷于散热体于反光杯内的表面上。本实用新型的有益效果在于将光源换成高效节能的LED并对应设置了散热体,原本40-50W功率的光强LED只需要几瓦即可达到,此外通过在反光杯另一端设置反光板的方法使得其内光源光可更好的被配光后均匀投射,为更好的增加反光性和光斑均匀度还可在反光杯内壁增加纳米漫反射涂层,从而大大增强产品的反光效率,提高节能性和均匀性,满足了市场需求。

本实用新型涉及一种照明设备,尤其是指一种LED筒灯。
【背景技术】
原有传统筒灯多采用特别灯丝工作,为达到使用目的其消耗功率通常至少需要40-50W,较为耗能。此外限与原有筒灯的结构简单,其光源对应光斑呈现不均匀性。已无法满足日亦高涨的市场需求。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于克服了上述缺陷,提供一种节能环保且光斑均匀的LED筒灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种LED筒灯,它包括两端开放的反光杯,于反光杯一端设有驱动电源,其内设有光源,其改进之处在于:所述光源为LED光源;所述反光杯与驱动电源间还设置散热体,LED光源对应贴敷于散热体于反光杯内的表面上;
上述结构中,所述反光杯另一端设置有扩散板;
上述结构中,所述反光杯呈一端开口小于另一端的喇叭状,所述散热特设置于开口较小一端;
上述结构中,所述反光杯内壁设有纳米漫反射涂层;
上述结构中,所述反光杯另一端外壁设置有卡簧机构,卡簧机构由卡簧及支架组成,卡簧通过支架与反光杯相连。

下面结合附图对本实用新型具体实施例进行详细阐述。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型涉及一种LED筒灯,它包括驱动电源1、散热体2、反光杯3、光源及扩散板4。其中反光杯3两端开放且通常呈一端开口小于另一端的喇叭状,于其开口较小一端依次设置散热体2及驱动电源1,反光杯3内部则设有LED光源,LED光源对应贴敷于散热体2于反光杯3内的表面上。在反光杯3另一端外壁设置有卡簧机构,卡簧机构由卡簧5及支架6组成,卡簧5通过支架6与反光杯3相连。
为增强反光效果在反光杯3内壁设有纳米漫反射涂层,同时另一端设置有扩散板4。。

1.一种LED筒灯,它包括两端开放的反光杯,于反光杯一端设有驱动电源,其内设有光源,其特征在于:所述光源为LED光源;所述反光杯与驱动电源间还设置散热体,LED光源对应贴敷于散热体于反光杯内的表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯另一端设置有扩散板。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯呈一端开口小于另一端的喇叭状,所述散热特设置于开口较小一端。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯内壁设有纳米漫反射涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯另一端外壁设置有卡簧机构,卡簧机构由卡簧及支架组成,卡簧通过支架与反光杯相连。
