背景技术
现有的路灯一般都是高压的水银灯或钠灯来照明,由于水银灯或钠灯的光线强,投射强,故其得到广泛应用,但因其高功率、高耗电、不环保、不节能、寿命短、光效低等,不符合未来高效、环保、节能和谐社会的需要,且散热量效果不是很好,导致LED路灯的衰减比较大,寿命短。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种大功率LED路灯,结构简单,发光效率高,以克服目前路灯存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种大功率LED路灯,包括相互扣合的灯壳和钢化玻璃,所述灯壳的表面均匀间隔分布有若干散热孔,灯壳的内部设有LED模组,LED模组上设有带有多个反光杯的反光罩,所述灯壳的内部靠近LED模组的底端处设有电源,电源与所述LED模组之间通过线路连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:结构简单,反光杯使光分布均匀;灯壳上的散热孔具有很好的散热性能,温升在15度以下,发光效率高。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种大功率LED路灯,包括相互扣合的灯壳1和钢化玻璃2,所述灯壳1的表面均匀间隔分布有若干散热孔3,灯壳1的内部设有LED模组4,LED模组4上设有带有多个反光杯5的反光罩6,所述灯壳1的内部靠近LED模组4的底端处设有电源7,电源7与所述LED模组4之间通过线路连接。
在具体制造时,在印刷有电路的铝基板上均匀地涂上少许导热膏,然后将大功率LED元器件固定在铝基板指定的位置,并焊接正负极,制成LED模组4,LED模组4具有很好的散热性能;反光罩6和反光杯5使LED模组4上的LED灯的光分布均匀。
