本实用新型属于太阳能热水器安装施工技术领域,具体是一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构。解决现有的太阳能热水器的安装容易损坏屋顶的技术问题。一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构,包括屋顶防水层,在防水层上粘接有聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板,在聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板上方连接混凝土支座,混凝土支座通过膨胀螺栓连接太阳能热水器的支架。这样一来,防水层和太阳能支架之间就有了一个缓冲防护层,防护层既能固定支撑太阳能热水器还能阻止支架将防水层穿破而造成漏水现象发生。与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,可防止太阳能热水器支架压破屋面防水卷材,起到保护屋面防水卷材延长使用寿命的作用。

背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对节能环保的产品越来越重视,尤其是能利用太阳能的热水器。目前太阳能热水器属节能环保型产品,在住宅楼和商住楼上应用较广,但普通的做法是太阳能热水器与防水层直接硬接触或支座下部垫点防水材料,用户在使用太阳能热水器时,热水器内的水在使用完和加水过程中对屋面防水层作用动荷载,且支座对防水层的压强大,天长日久会对屋面防水层造成破坏,从而导致屋面渗漏,此类现象容易被用户忽视,只有屋面发生渗漏,破坏了室内装修材料才会去维修,同时也缩短了屋面防水材料的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有的太阳能热水器的安装容易损坏屋顶的技术问题而提供了一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的,一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构,包括屋顶防水层,在防水层上粘接有聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板,在聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板上方连接混凝土支座,混凝土支座通过膨胀螺栓连接太阳能热水器的支架。
这样一来,防水层和太阳能支架之间就有了一个缓冲防护层,防护层既能固定支撑太阳能热水器还能阻止支架将防水层穿破而造成漏水现象发生。与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,可防止太阳能热水器支架压破屋面防水卷材,起到保护屋面防水卷材延长使用寿命的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示意,一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构,包括屋顶的防水层4,在防水层4上粘接有聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板1,在聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板1上方连接混凝土支座2,混凝土支座2通过膨胀螺栓连接太阳能热水器5的支架3。
具体施工操作步骤为: 1、采用木模板制作成内尺寸500mm×500mm×150mm的模架,置于混凝土平面上。
2、底部放置略小于模板尺寸的聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板。
3、在木模板内聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板上部绑扎Φ6.5@150双层钢筋网片。
4、填充C20混凝土,浇捣密实,上部与模板平,用木抹子搓平,覆盖塑料薄膜或洒水养护,制成混凝土支座。
5、选择好太阳能热水器安装的合适位置,待安装前,将屋面清理干净,底座的聚苯颗粒与防水层之间采用万能胶进行粘贴。
6、每个太阳能热水器一般需要四个混凝土底座,底座与支架采用膨胀螺栓固定牢固。

1.一种太阳能热水器支架底座结构,包括屋顶的防水层(4),其特征在于:在防水层(4)上粘接有聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板(1),在聚苯颗粒保温砂浆板(1)上方连接混凝土支座(2),混凝土支座(2)通过膨胀螺栓连接太阳能热水器(5)的支架(3)。
