本发明属于一种地暖隔热结构,特别是一种拼装反射式地暖隔热结构。
背景技术
北方地区冬季漫长,城镇居民住宅、办公用房、洗浴场所的采暖方式各异,但近年来,随着建筑节能的不断提升,地暖式采暖越来越受到用户的青睐,主要优点是节约能源,升温快,室内温度均衡,人的身体感觉舒适,设施不占用地面以上空间,室内整洁。目前地暖设施主要采用铺设PVC散热管等做法,为了隔热保温,一般是先在散热管的下面铺设保温苯板,在保温苯板上面铺设EPE反射铝膜,最后在铺设的PVC散热管上面用沙浆水泥抹平成地面。这种地暖隔热保温结构存在如下缺点:1、隔热保温层易老化、不抗压、覆面层易裂纹,降低隔热保温效果。2、不能反射热量,隔热保温效果较差。3、尤其是出现了问题,无法进行非破坏检修,只能刨开地面进行,破坏性大,维修费用高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种拼装反射式地暖隔热结构,地暖隔热保温效果好,不老化、抗压、容易施工和检修、费用较低。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括覆面层和隔热保温底层,其特征是:采用抗压保温材料的隔热保温底层上表面覆设反射层,隔热保温底层上表面设置均布的反射曲面凹沟或均布的反射曲面凹窝,在隔热保温底层的上面架设覆面层,在隔热保温底层和覆面层之间设置散热管热量辐射空间,覆面层为单元块拼装构成。
本发明的优点是:1、辐射对流于一体,隔热保温效果好。2、抗老化,基础高强度,抗压性好,不裂纹。3、施工简便,提高了施工速度,并且无湿作业。4、易于检修、更换故障件,维护费用低。

具体实施方式
见图1-3,具体结构如下:隔热保温底层1采用水泥和聚苯颗粒的混合料以及类似性能的抗压保温材料制成的板材,板材为单元块,在其上表面覆设反射层4,反射层4为反射铝箔或其它金属箔或涂刷铝粉或其它反射涂料的反射层。在隔热保温底层1的上面架设覆面层3,在隔热保温底层1和覆面层3之间设置散热管2热量辐射空间6,覆面层3为单元块拼装构成,每个单元块周边设有支撑边5。表面覆设反射层4的隔热保温底层1上表面为平面,或在上表面设置均布的反射曲面凹沟7-1或均布的反射曲面凹窝7-2。提高反射效果。

1.一种拼装反射式地暖隔热结构,它包括覆面层和隔热保温底层,其特征是:采用抗压保温材料的隔热保温底层上表面覆设反射层,隔热保温底层上表面设置均布的反射曲面凹沟或均布的反射曲面凹窝,在隔热保温底层的上面架设覆面层,在隔热保温底层和覆面层之间设置散热管热量辐射空间,覆面层为单元块拼装构成。
