背景技术
目前,居民用房、办公楼、商场等建筑,大多为平顶房,而屋顶出现不同程度的渗漏现象,且隔热效果较差的问题一直存在。因此,房顶的防漏、隔热是建造过程中所必须面对且要解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种屋顶用隔热板,它具有自重小,无需支撑安装,并且便于屋顶设施的安装,克服了现有技术的缺点。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下:
屋顶用隔热板,它包括基层、防水层、上防护层以及下防护层,基层为聚苯乙烯泡沫板,防水层设于上防护层与基层之间,下防护层设于基层的另一面,基层、防水层、上防护层以及下防护层之间粘连固定结合。
所述的下防护层与基层之间也设有防水层。
所述的基层厚度为25mm,上防护层的厚度为12mm,下防护层的厚度为15mm。
所述的防水层的厚度为2mm-5mm。
本实用新型的优点是本实用新型的隔热、防水、防火和承重效果均高于传统隔热板。并且自重小、无需支撑安装、并且便于屋顶设施的安装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,屋顶用隔热板,它包括基层1、防水层4、上防护层2以及下防护层3,基层1为聚苯乙烯泡沫板,防水层4设于上防护层2与基层1之间,下防护层3设于基层1的另一面,基层1、防水层4、上防护层2以及下防护层3之间粘连固定结合,基层1厚度为25mm,上防护层2的厚度为12mm,下防护层3的厚度为15mm,防水层的厚度为2mm。
如图2所示,在图1的基础上在下防护层3与基层1之间增加防水层5,其中防水层5的厚度为5mm。

1.屋顶用隔热板,其特征在于:它包括基层、防水层、上防护层以及下防护层,基层为聚苯乙烯泡沫板,防水层设于上防护层与基层之间,下防护层设于基层的另一面,基层、防水层、上防护层以及下防护层之间粘连固定结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶用隔热板,其特征在于:所述的下防护层与基层之间也设有防水层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶用隔热板,其特征在于:所述的基层厚度为25mm,上防护层的厚度为12mm,下防护层的厚度为15mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的屋顶用隔热板,其特征在于:所述的防水层的厚度为2mm-5mm。
