本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体结构,具体涉及一种空调板保温节点构造。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国建筑节能的发展,建筑物标准要求的提高,公用建筑同样需要达到节能要求,越来越多的建筑物使用外墙保温。而许多建筑物的特殊部位的保温施工的不规范影响了其保温节能要求,以及整个外观效果,而且降低了使用寿命。尤其对于空调板处的保温构造,这部分保温施工质量无法保证,节点构造不规范,起不到节能保温效果,而且在螺钉孔洞的处理方面,一般采用防护面层砂浆填充,由于不同材料,容易开裂、雨水渗漏,降低保温系统的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,既可避免空调板部位节能性能降低的发生,可防止开裂和雨水渗漏,利于防水,能有效延长外墙外保温系统使用寿命的空调板保温节点构造。
其技术方案是:空调板保温节点构造,包括设置在空调板外表面与基层墙体贴合的保温层,所述保温层与空调板的形状相适配,所述保温层上设有用于与空调板固定的螺钉,所述螺钉与保温层的结合外表面设有建筑密封胶,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、模塑聚苯板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层。
所述空调板的保温层下方为鹰嘴状结构。
所述空调板的保温层上方为内高外低的散水坡状结构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,既可避免空调板部位节能性能降低的发生,可防止开裂和雨水渗漏,利于防水,能有效延长外墙外保温系统使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,空调板保温节点构造,包括设置在空调板1外表面与基层墙体贴合的保温层,所述保温层与空调板1的形状相适配,所述保温层上设有用于与空调板1固定的螺钉2,所述螺钉2与保温层1的结合外表面设有建筑密封胶3,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂4、模塑聚苯板5、耐碱玻纤网格布6、防护面层砂浆7和饰面层8。
所述空调板1的保温层下方为鹰嘴状结构。使空调板1上的雨水不会滞留在保温层上,起到了防留挂作用。
所述空调板1的保温层上方为内高外低的散水坡状结构。这样可以有效的防止雨水在空调板1上存积而破坏保温层,延长了保温层的使用寿命。
施工时,空调板1的上表面在保温施工前应将落地灰清理干净,以保证施工质量;为利于空调板部位保温的承重,此部位采用容重为20kg/m3的模塑聚苯板。通过在空调板1的外表面设置保温层不仅可以保证其原始美观效果,这样不仅起到了基本的防护效果,而且能防止长时间存水,使保温层不易破损、开裂、漏水,防水性好,延长了使用寿命,而且节约了材料,达到了节能的目的。通过设置保温层起到了基本的防护效果,而且达到了节能的目的。
保温施工时,先贴空调板1上部的保温层,贴模塑聚苯板5时留好流水坡度,注意模塑聚苯板5的粘贴顺序且板缝要用聚氨酯发泡胶填实。
在保温层上方安装空调格栅时应考虑保温层的厚度。最好能先安装预埋固定件,若后安装,固定件周围打聚氨酯发泡胶及密封胶。在螺钉2与保温层1的结合外表面通过建筑密封胶3能防止在使用过程中不同材料开裂,利于防水,能延长使用寿命。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,既可避免空调板部位节能性能降低的发生,可防止开裂和雨水渗漏,利于防水,能有效延长外墙外保温系统使用寿命。

1.空调板保温节点构造,包括设置在空调板外表面与基层墙体贴合的保温层,其特征在于:所述保温层与空调板的形状相适配,所述保温层上设有用于与空调板固定的螺钉,所述螺钉与保温层的结合外表面设有建筑密封胶,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、模塑聚苯板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层。
