本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体保温结构,具体涉及一种落水口保温节点构造。
背景技术
伴随着国家对节能减排工作的快速推进和建筑节能事业的迅猛发展,新建建筑和既有建筑的外墙外保温设计也势在必行。然而外墙外保温行业在国内发展较晚,至今越有20多年的工程经验,从而在设计上存在许多缺陷和不足。
例如穿墙预埋件保温层的厚度是否与墙面保温层的厚度安装达成了合理的设计,即外保温的施工不影响原始的外观效果。现在许多图纸设计中并未考虑到这一点,从而导致了外保温掩盖了预埋件的厚度,影响了最初设计的美观。而且预埋件与保温层衔接处的处理,一般通过防护面层砂浆进行填充密封,这样两种不同材质在长时间使用过程中,容易开裂,造成保温层与预埋件之间的裂缝,不仅影响美观,而且容易渗水,降低了保温层的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,不仅可保证落水口处的原始功能,而且可防止开裂和雨水渗漏,利于防水,能有效延长使用寿命的落水口保温节点构造。
其技术方案是:落水口保温节点构造,包括设置在落水口部位的基层墙体外表面的保温层,所述保温层与基层墙体的形状相适配,所述落水口周边的保温层与基层墙体之间设有防水层聚氨酯发泡胶,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、模塑聚苯板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层,所述模塑聚苯板与落水口的外表面之间设有散水间隙,所述散水间隙内填充有聚氨酯发泡胶,所述饰面层与落水口的落水管的外表面衔接处设有密封胶。

所述落水口处的落水管顶部具有一定斜度的散水坡,所述散水间隙为散水坡与模塑聚苯板之间形成的间隙。

参照图1,落水口保温节点构造,包括设置在落水口1部位的基层墙体2外表面的保温层,所述保温层与基层墙体2的形状相适配,所述落水口1周边的保温层与基层墙体2之间设有防水层聚氨酯发泡胶3,所述保温层包括由基层墙体2向外固定连接的粘结剂4、模塑聚苯板5、耐碱玻纤网格布6、防护面层砂浆7和饰面层8,所述模塑聚苯板5与落水口4的外表面之间设有散水间隙9,所述散水间隙9内填充有聚氨酯发泡胶10,所述饰面层8与落水口1的落水管11的外表面衔接处设有密封胶12。
所述防水层聚氨酯发泡胶3满粘在落水口1周边。防止渗水。
所述落水口1处的落水管11顶部具有一定斜度的散水坡13,所述散水间隙9为散水坡13与模塑聚苯板5之间形成的间隙。通过散水坡13可以有效的防止雨水存积破坏保温层,延长了保温层的使用寿命。
所述模塑聚苯板5位于落水口1的衔接端包裹有位于模塑聚苯板5和耐碱玻纤网格布6之间的翻包网14。通过翻包网14能加强保温才的整体强度,起到保护作用。
通过在散水间隙3内填充聚氨酯发泡胶4,不仅起到填充并固定落水管的作用,而且能有效的阻止雨水等液体顺着缝隙渗透到室内的路径,起到了防水的效果。在落水口四周处模塑聚苯板6粘结防水层聚氨酯发泡胶3,并采用满粘施工工艺以防内部渗水。在饰面层8与落水口1的落水管11的外表面衔接处设置密封胶12,能有效防止开裂渗水,延长保温层的使用寿命。通过保温层不但起到了基本的防护效果,而且达到了节能的目的。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,不仅可保证落水口处的原始功能,而且可防止开裂,雨水渗漏,利于防水,能有效延长使用寿命。

1.落水口保温节点构造,包括设置在落水口部位的基层墙体外表面的保温层,所述保温层与基层墙体的形状相适配,其特征在于:所述落水口周边的保温层与基层墙体之间设有防水层聚氨酯发泡胶,所述保温层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的粘结剂、模塑聚苯板、耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层,所述模塑聚苯板与落水口的外表面之间设有散水间隙,所述散水间隙内填充有聚氨酯发泡胶,所述饰面层与落水口的落水管的外表面衔接处设有密封胶。
