背景技术
伴随着国家对节能减排工作的快速推进和建筑节能事业的迅猛发展,新建建筑和既有建筑的外墙外保温设计也势在必行。然而外墙外保温行业在国内发展较晚,至今越有20多年的工程经验,从而在设计上存在许多缺陷和不足。
例如勒脚部位保温层的厚度是否达成了合理的设计,即外保温的施工不影响原始的外观效果。现在许多图纸设计中并未考虑到这一点,施工时勒脚与散水坡的衔接处通过防护面层砂浆进行表面处理,这样因材料不同,在长时间的使用过程中容易开裂,而且容易出现因强度不足而较易碰坏保温层,以及为做好散水部位的防水处理而导致保温层破坏的现象发生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,能使勒脚部位的保温强度符合要求,能有效防止保温层与散水坡衔接处发生开裂和渗水,利于防水,能延长外墙外保温系统使用寿命的勒脚保温节点构造。
其技术方案是:勒脚保温节点构造,包括位于勒脚部位的基础墙体外表面的保温层,所述勒脚的下方表面设有内高外低的散水坡,所述保温层与散水坡之间形成有缝隙,所述缝隙内填充有背衬,所述背衬的外部设有与保温层外表面平齐的建筑密封膏,所述保温层由基层墙体向外固定连接有粘结剂、模塑聚苯板、双层耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆和饰面层,所述模塑聚苯板与双层耐碱玻纤网格布之间还设有耐碱玻纤网格布翻包网,所述耐碱玻纤网格布翻包网包裹模塑聚苯板与散水坡接触的一端。
所述双层耐碱玻纤网格布由模塑聚苯板向外分别为耐碱玻纤网格布标准网和耐碱玻纤网格布增强网。

参照图1,勒脚保温节点构造,包括位于勒脚1部位的基础墙体外表面的保温层,所述勒脚1的下方表面设有内高外低的散水坡2,所述保温层与散水坡2之间形成有缝隙3,所述缝隙3内填充有背衬4,所述背衬4的外部设有与保温层外表面平齐的建筑密封膏5,所述保温层由基层墙体向外固定连接有粘结剂6、模塑聚苯板7、双层耐碱玻纤网格布、防护面层砂浆8和饰面层12,所述模塑聚苯板7与双层耐碱玻纤网格布之间还设有耐碱玻纤网格布翻包网9,所述耐碱玻纤网格布翻包网9包裹模塑聚苯板7与散水坡2接触的一端。
所述双层耐碱玻纤网格布由模塑聚苯板7向外分别为耐碱玻纤网格布标准网10和耐碱玻纤网格布增强网11。勒脚1部位防护面层上采用耐碱玻纤网格布标准网10和耐碱玻纤网格布增强网11双层网的增强设计,以提高勒脚部位的强度,防止因强度不足而碰坏保温层,可防止雨水渗漏,利于防水,延长了保温层的使用寿命。
施工时,通过增设耐碱玻纤网格布翻包网9,能提高保温层的强度,提高使用寿命,在保温层与散水坡2之间的缝隙3内设置背衬4,外侧设有建筑密封膏5,这样不仅能防止保温层与散水坡2的衔接处开裂,从而防止被长时间的冲刷和浸泡而损坏,而且能提高保温层的强度,延长保温层的使用寿命。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,能使勒脚部位的保温强度符合要求,能有效防止保温层与散水坡衔接处发生开裂和渗水,利于防水,能延长外墙外保温系统的使用寿命。
