目前，门式起重机广泛应用于机械加工企业，其作用是吊装物件后沿滑轨运行到一定位置，对该物件进行其它处理。现有的门式起重机均采用电机驱动，为满足运行距离，要设置很长的导线，导线在门式起重机支架上随意无规则的缠绕，长长的导线往往给操作者带来很大不便，有时造成操作危险。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的，在于克服现有技术上述之不足，提供一种门式起重机上的导线同步运行装置，其在门式起重机运行过程中可以将导线同步地收放，避免了导线的散乱无章，确保操作过程安全有序。
为达到上述之目的，本实用新型采取以下的技术方案：本实用新型包括有：底架、电缆，其特征在于：在底架上装设有传动箱，传动箱外接卷筒，电缆缠绕在卷筒上。
本实用新型采取上述技术方案，具有以下的有益效果：本实用新型电源设置在底架的端部，使用时，当底架行走需要卷筒卷缆时，卷筒传动箱内的电机通电，经传动系统驱动卷筒卷缆。当需要放缆时，底架行走，电缆牵引卷筒反方向转动而放缆，此时，卷筒电机停止工作，打滑机构打滑。本实用新型张力恒定，电缆张力调节范围大，用户根据需要调节好张力后张力恒定。由于电缆卷筒具有良好的打滑性能，所以卷筒卷取速度与底架运行速度同步，同步性能好。本实用新型用于龙门吊自动收放电缆，保证安全生产，延长电缆使用寿命，结构简单，性能可靠，安装使用方便。
