Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于建筑领域的板材。
背景技术
木质材料是建筑业中用途较为广泛的材料之一，具有较多优点，如适当的硬度和温冷触感，天然、健康、环保等。但是，近年来由于受森林采伐量减少等因素的影响，木材的供给与需求之间存在较大的矛盾。木塑复合材料的基础为高密度聚乙烯和木质纤维，其同时具有塑料和木材的某些特性，如良好的加工性能、强度性能、耐水、耐腐性能及紫外线光稳定性等。因此，在某些领域利用木塑复合材料替代木材的使用，可以有效减少木材的消耗，绿色环保。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种新型结构的木塑复合层合板材，达到减少木材消耗和耐蚀、防腐的作用。
本实用新型的基本设计是，木塑复合层合板由木材单板和木塑复合材料板构成，在相邻的两层木材单板之间夹设一层木塑复合材料板；木材单板的厚度为2-10毫米；木塑复合材料板的厚度为5-20毫米。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。木塑复合层合板，该板由木材单板1和木塑复合材料板2构成，在相邻的两层木材单板之间夹设一层木塑复合材料板；木材单板的厚度为2-10毫米；木塑复合材料板的厚度为5-20毫米。
制造时，将木材单板1与木塑复合材料板2层合排列组坯，在层间涂环氧树脂胶粘剂，在热压机中热压制成。本复合板可用于建筑领域。

1.一种木塑复合层合板，其特征在于该层合板由木材单板(1)和木塑复合材料板(2)构成，在相邻的两层木材单板(1)之间夹设一层木塑复合材料板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木塑复合层合板，其特征在于木材单板的厚度为2-10毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木塑复合层合板，其特征在于木塑复合材料板的厚度为5-20毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木塑复合层合板，其特征在于木材单板(1)和木塑复合材料板(2)结合环氧树脂胶粘剂通过热压过程被层合在一起。
