本实用新型公开了一种新型的竹木混合胶合板，属人造胶合板的结构。其特征是：有一个多层板，多层板的上下表面二层为木单板，上下表面木单板的内层中分别夹有竹板，竹板内再夹有木单板。所述的多层板有5～15层，由木单板和竹板交错排列，它们之间涂胶热压后固定为一体。本产品使用方法与现有公知的胶合板相同。由于本实用新型利用了毛竹的下脚料，将其加工成板状，再与木单板结合，且利用材料的纹路交错方法重叠排列，再用涂胶热压成胶合板。本产品的板材不仅节约了木材资源，而综合利用了毛竹的下脚料，既节省了使用的胶水，又提高了胶合板的质量。本实用新型产品具有结构简单，强度高，韧性好，且使用寿命长等特点。

背景技术
现有作为混凝土浇注时使用的胶合板都是木制的胶合板，虽然木制胶合板在制作过程中已将木材的纹路实施交错胶合。但在使用过程中仍然存在有强度差，使用寿命短等许多问题。因此，设计出一种强度高，使用寿命长的混凝土专用板已成为当务之急。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有胶合板强度差，使用寿命短等缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，强度高，韧性好，且使用寿命长的一种新型的竹木混合胶合板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型的竹木混合胶合板，其特征是：有一个多层板，多层板的上下表面二层为木单板，上下表面木单板的内层中分别夹有竹板，竹板内再夹有木单板。
所述的多层板有5～15层，由木单板和竹板交错排列，它们之间涂胶热压后固定为一体。其中涂胶热压的材料和工艺为现有的公知技术。
所述的木单板为松杂木单板；所述的竹板为毛竹的下脚料；木单板与竹板的纹路为90度交错重叠排列的。
本实用新型的产品使用方法与现有公知的胶合板相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型利用了毛竹的下脚料，将其加工成板状，再与木单板结合，且利用材料的纹路交错方法重叠排列，再用涂胶 热压成胶合板。本产品的板材不仅节约了木材资源，而综合利用了毛竹的下脚料，既节省了使用的胶水，又提高了胶合板的质量。本实用新型产品具有结构简单，强度高，韧性好，且使用寿命长等特点。

请参阅图2，有一个七层板，七层板的上下表面二层为木单板1，上下表面木单板1的内层中分别夹有竹板2，竹板2内再分别夹有木单板1，木单板1内再夹有一层竹板2。
