Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体地说涉及铝合金锻造车轮模具。
背景技术
锻造铝车轮具有强度高重量轻,能够适应车轮轻量化的需求。但是锻造具的投入成本也相对较高,使用寿命低。不易于为市场所接受。如图1所示,现有技术的锻造模具,尖角处的应力容易将模具损坏。
发明内容
为了提高模具的使用寿命,本实用新型一种锻造铝合金车轮模具,由改进的上模座和上模座承压板组成,现有技术整体式上模座设置成为分体式结构,上模座承压板与改进的上模座配合,从而消除了整体结构中尖角处的应力疲劳,及大地延长了模具的使用寿命,对相同的轮辋结构的车轮,增加了模具的互换性,从降低了锻造车轮的模具成本的投入。
本实用新型的有益效果是,模具的设计制造简单,模具互换性强,模具寿命长能够满足批量生产稳定性及各方面要求。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型一种锻造铝合金车轮模具,由改进的上模座8、上模承压板6组成,改进的上模座8与上模承压板6配合,从而消除了整体结构中尖角处的应力疲劳,及大地延长了模具的使用寿命,对相同的轮辋结构的车轮,增加了模具的互换性,从降低了锻造车轮的模具成本的投入。
